Xologall asks quickly, “Can anyone disguise themselves as that tiefling?” He paces around on the deck trying to mirror an agitated Xolo, watching the door and stairs.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
All - About this time a man with long gray-brown hair opens the door south of Ariana and holds a lantern up, "Wha's goin' on out 'ere? I'm tryin' to sleep!" You can see that he wears a maroon robe that appears to have been hastily thrown on.

"Tell him....tell him...yes, hrm, go back to sleep sailor!" Elwyn/Sanbalet says. Deception/Intimidation: 17 (rolled with advantage from disguise, otherwise go with first roll) Ready to blast the slave if the bluff won't work.
Elwyn - The man squints his eyes, "Excuse me? Who the hell do you think you are?"
All - The door next to Ariana opens and a number of rough looking men and women stomp out onto the deck. The captain, first mate, bosun, and the crewman from earlier pour out of the door, each looking at you all with suspicion. The captain, a tall dark skinned man with an eye patch, red bandana, and gold earrings walks over to the party and says harshly, "I was told there was a change of plans. Why?"
Xologall nods to the captain, says “A change in plans because there is some group of adventurers in town, nosing around the house. They fell for old Ned’s ruse and that bought us some time, but we are having to change things up a bit because of the heat. Anything different with you? How are things on your end?”

Elwyn/Sanbalet has no idea what's the plan is now, not that he ever has, so he tries to stay as Kulogall's/Xolo's wingman. (Help action to social rolls for now, but ready to blast away.)
Ariana holds her quarterstaff behind her back and casts her eyes down, trying to play the part, but she keeps glancing at Kulogall, waiting for a signal to strike. If their eyes meet, she makes a face as if to say, can I please hit someone now?
Kulogall silently awaits the captains response, but points his finger under his cloak to each of his companions and says with a message “Will try to get them to split them up, divide and conquer.”

Ruby quickly hides her daggers, hoping no one noticed. She tries to play a very scared slave, saying "Princes? What Princes?! Please I don't want to be sold of as a slave! Please! Let me stay here in Saltmarsh! I don't want to leave!" She says, her eyes tearing up as she clutches at the ends of Elwyn's/Sanbalet's coat.
Xologall says “Shut the hell up, Jet, (looking at Ruby) is that your name? Or I’ll have Sam beat you some more.” (Xologall points to “guard” Wake when he says this.). “We do have a slave for you Cap’n Sigurd. The shipments will not stop, we just need to switch up our signaling and timing because we have people nosing about at the house, that’s all.”

Kulogall - The Captain nods approvingly at your threat toward Ruby, then says, "Olim said there were two slaves. Where is the other?" The pudgy man from earlier nods profusely and says, "That's right, there was an elf too."
Xologall turns to “Sanbalet” and says “That’s right, where is the other one Sanbalet? The female elf with blond hair. She will fetch a high price that one, I almost have a mind to keep her for myself. Where the hell did she go? You know I heard a splash off the port side a minute ago, did she slip away? Bloody hell!” Xologall walks to the port side of the boat and starts looking for the escapee, saying “C’mere and help me look, we can’t let her get away!” Under his coat and when his back is turned he points to his companions and silently sends a message, “Now is our time, look lively, shove them over the side!”
When several of the crew or ideally if the captain comes toward the edge, Kulogall will use gust repeatedly to shove them overboard and encourage everyone else to shove them into the water when the ruse is blown.
Ariana hides beside the door to gain advantage on an attack on the next slaver to exit it, granted she sees them before they see her.
