Assuming Ariana doesn't notice the wizard as she hides, she springs out and attacks the pirate captain with her quarterstaff. As she waited to attack, she channeled her Ki and follows the initial attack with a flurry of blows, kicking the captain in the small of his back twice.

Ariana used the Open Hand Technique with her flurry of blows to knock the captain prone if he fails a DC12 Dex save (if she hit with either).

Kulogall is becoming more and more enraged, his eyes start glowing orange. He turns his body slightly facing southwest and he touches his thumbs together, hands facing outward toward the Captain and Bandit, angles a blast of burning fire out of his hands in a cone that targets the bandit and the Captain, but goes in between Ruby and Ariana, not affecting them. ”Fire take you, slavers!” (Kulogall casts 2nd level burning hands).
Burning hands : 11 fire damage, DC 13 Dex save to cut this in half.
As part of his tempestuous magic, when Kulogall casts this, he flies up in the air 10 feet without provoking opportunity attacks, and lands on the upper deck directly to the east of him.
Movement : He will move east another 10 feet on the upper deck.

Wake - The wily Wizard suddenly drops to the deck unconscious!
Kulogall - The Bandit is incinerated before he can attempt to save. Captain DEX Save: 13
The Captain fails to get out of the way in time as well and is also incinerated by the blast.
The Bandit and Captain are DEAD. Combat has ended.
