I am looking for a level 1 group that would be willing to run the "Lost Mines of Phandelver" adventure by Wizards of The Coast. I am looking for a group of 3 players, no voice (obviously), and only PHB Races & Classes (optional but preferable), feel free to come to me with homebrew races and classes, do note that I am a newer DM, and I've only ran a few games. If needed I can play a PC, but only IF needed.
Please just post what your character is (e.g. Background, Race, Class)
Point buy for stats, Str 16, Dex 8, Con 14, Int 9, Wis 14, Cha 14
Grishnak was raised in an orphanage in Neverwinter. When he was seven, he started to work for the local thieve's guild as a pickpocket. He was never very good at it, but his determination to win through led to his peculiar talents making a name for himself in his guild. He joined an adventuring party in the hope of improving those skills and becoming the best thief there ever was.
Khessa, human female fighter (will evolve as fighter/wizard, if you allow multiclassing - else it will be eldritch knight)
Background: Folk Hero Alignment: Chaotic good Backstory: Khessa was born to a paesant family, in a small village. At the age of 20 she is kidnapped, with her family, during a raid of drow slavers. With some luck she manages to free herself, along with some other slave from her village. After a a dangerous journey in the underground, during which she is forced on several occasions to defend herself in the hostile and unfamiliar environment (risking her life, but also honing her fighting skills), she manages to lead the slaves back to the surface. With her family still lost in drow hands, she becomes an adventurer; she will, when possible, help the defenseless (waiting to be able to help, some day, her family) and will satisfy the curiosity of the world that she had always had...
I would like to know from everyone what time is good, please leave a date as well, and so that way they can be lined up to a timezone, please leave the timezone you used to get the time. It is just helpful for me so I don't have to ask what is that in (insert time zone here).
I confirm what Stephanie252 pointed out: campaign link points to a view of existing campaigns of the user who clicks. I'm usually online 20:00 - 23:00 UTC +01:00 (but occasionally on other times as well - it should be no problem to post something on other times). As for the date, no problem, every day is good for me to start.

*Please note that due to roll20 you do not need to send a character sheet anymore* Could I please get a link to a character sheet, be it a PDF or a D&D Beyond sheet. If you are using pen and paper, then I see why there isn't a link, and it's fine, but it just helps to be able to see character abilities, specialties, proficiencies, spells, etc. And you can multiclass, and I think a fighter/wizard is a good idea.
And if you do send a PDF link, it will occasionally have to be updated, but only on level ups will that matter enough.
Yes, Roll20 is purely for battlemap's IF you want to see the map, rather than go off of a description. I should've mentioned that. Sorry about that.
Note for everyone.
From what I am seeing, it would appear we should be starting at 4:00 PM EST (I matched up times) on Sundays or Saturdays, or both depending on how much you want to play, I have not gotten a time from Cwilli221. But that seems most convenient for everyone who has spoken. For me as well, this time works.
Yes it would. I have a question for everyone, if we get into combat and you're not online, would you mind me doing combat for your character, or would you prefer if your character just sat it out?
I would like to know before starting the adventure.
Also, before we start, so that way I can have all of your sheets in one area, and a few other minor things, could every join the campaign. I have PaintedBeyound's character in there. It is just convenient for me, and can help everyone else see your sheet. https://ddb.ac/campaigns/join/23424093933539518
Judging from the number of posts each of your accounts have, I take it you've never PbPed before?
The general rule is that combat takes forever. You roll initiative. We wait for everyone to take their turn and if they don't post their turn after a day or so we skip that person and move on to keep things going. But where possible we try to avoid combat because it takes donkey's years to finish most of the time.
I have never PbPed before, the problem is I'm running the "Lost Mines of Phandelver" campaign which has a high portion of combat, I can change tweak it though to avoid as much combat.
Anyway, for the sake of keeping things going, if we are in combat and I'm not available for too long, it is OK for me if the DM chooses my character's action and plays my turn, instead of simply skipping me. I fear skipping might put the party in disvantage, if it happens at the wrong time.

Hi, I'd like to play with this character:
Khessa, human female fighter (will evolve as fighter/wizard, if you allow multiclassing - else it will be eldritch knight)

Also, the campaign link is right here.
That campaign link just takes me to view my existing ones I'm afraid.
In terms of times, I'm usually online around 4-6pm EST.
Chilling kinda vibe.

I would like to say that for battle maps roll20 will be used. The invite is https://app.roll20.net/join/11655377/8VaHfQ
We will be playing purely on forums and the like, won't we?
Chilling kinda vibe.

Might it not make more sense to leave posts whenever we're online?
Chilling kinda vibe.
