Brundt eyes Antigonos wearily for a moment, but not so long as to perhaps offend the exiled king. "This relic, is it special? Does it reach its judgement by magic or by faith? Or is it merely a mundane mechanism for your own... inspired judgement?"Brundt says, gesturing to the amphora with reserved curiosity.
Brundt eyes his companions from a distance, making sure he has back-up. Something about this 'king' makes him feel uneasy. He is not certain how stable he is. Perhaps, though, Brundt could use that to his advantage.
"I will confess, I am curious to witness this... trial taking place. Let me ask you... Have YOU tried fitting in the amphora? The Mogis I know and worship surely wants a strong king who stands tall and will not be bent low by his war advisors. Perhaps you are being tested. Imagine it, the king they cast out proving through ancient ritual that he is and always has been the true claimant to the throne. Who then could ever again doubt your judgment to place your son, your blood, upon the throne after you?"
Goran mills around while Brundt talks with the King. After the king's latest outburst he speaks up "Brundt, if you don't jump in the thing I will if it'll satisfy his lordship". Anyone who understood sarcasm would pick up on his tone, he's hoping the king is too preoccupied to notice.
((Just killing time and trying to nudge the bear))
"Hail & Well Met, King & Adventurer!" Klopas chimes. "I am Klopas, traveling merchant of the ThreeGuard Merchant Fleet, and I couldn't help but hear you're in the market for an heir that would fit in that amphora.... Perhaps one could be arranged, if you're willing to trade..."
((He's not a skeleton, and his bag would surely not be this heavy... but for flavor:))
Abrontonon sighed and made her way over, " Fellas, fellas. Your going about this all wrong. Obviously a Queen is the correct form of Ruler you should be looking for."
She eyed the Amphora, " Wouldn't be the tightest thing I've slipped myself into..."

Brundt grips the walking stick tight in one hand, and the stones in his other as he rounds the bend and approaches warily. "Greetings, my lord"
((I'd love to edit that, bit it won't let me...it was meant to be a gif.))
Klopas urges Brundt on cheerfully with nods and shoos.
"Diplomacy is always a good option..." he cheered before Brundt approached the minitour.

Abrontonon sat waiting, not wanting to intrude on the two minotaurs conversation.
Klopas wanders around nearby in the background. He's listening, but doesn't appear to be.
He seems to be examining flora and the landscape.

Brundt snorts and narrows his eyes warily at the king. "Be my guest, Goran. I think a crown would suit your head far better than my own."
((Well, this is out of character, but for the sake of moving things along...))
