Droop seemed almost thoughtful after hearing Rabbit's words. But with Krull praising him, the little guy couldn't help scrambling to his feet and puffing out his chest in pride! Though in the process of rising, the clear stiffness gives away him favoring his left arm over his right, and that the grime made of dirt and grass caking the latter seemed to have been purposefully packed into place to cover up a sizeable bite wound.
"Droop...!"He started say with a twinkle of excitement in his eyes. But then after glancing at the cow, who may or may not could still understand him at the moment, his expression falters before his head sinks low. "Not... kill wolf. Fat one there did it." He admits sadly, but then bounced back and added with a touch of rekindled pride in his chest. "But Droop did run off other bigger one, and kept cart safe!"With that, he scrambled over into the driver's seat and added, "Now he drives to barn and cave, yes? But stay outside with Krull and keep Krull and cart safe."

"right then, lets head over the the farmer and resolve this matter. I could use some cold ale!" The still-soot-covered women seems in a foul mood, not too different from her normal state.
""Alright, let's move then," Rabbit says. She thanks Droop for driving the cart and bring it back to the house. There they'd get Alfonse to lead them to the cave.
"Ack! Away from me, beast! Droop not food!"Droop shouts while trying desperately to both scoot away from the cow in his seating and go for a shortsword to further ward the deadly beast away. "Eat wolf over there and leave alone!"He further demanded, never quite managing to get his blade out. But with the reigns still in hand he frantically went through the motions and words that would spur the horse forward and well onward back to the path leading to the farmhouse!

"You ready to check out the cave now Al?" Rabbit asks, once they finally reach him. "We should get moving more quickly, since we'd like to get back to Phandalin some day."
Droop stays quiet, not really wanting to draw anymore attention from the human than his very presence might do so.Tense as he was however, he would still muster the courage to look the man over in search of any weapons; especially of the throwing kind that might soon be sent the goblin's way on reflex...

As they approach the cave, Margret instinctively prepares for a trap, drawing sword and shield, and glances toward the cave, carefully for signs of tampering or other mischief. (Perception: (CRITICAL nat 20: 22 Perception) using darkvision if needed.
Big Al waves hey to you, stops right before he reaches the barn picks up a rope hidden in a patch of high grass, but passes out, before he can do anything with it. Margret sees no threats.
Calithor looks over at the bruised Droop and then the dead wolf. "So who killed the wolf? You or the cow?"
