"Hmm... Way back further downz still tricky, Rabbit. But Droop here now, yes? He... he take case, and share in load."Droop is already extending a grubby hand for the case by the end of the statement, eager to assist in taking off the burden. Almost as soon as he has it, the goblin quickly scrabbles his way back down without a second look back, and hits the ground either tumbling or running. Either way, he's quick to get his feet back under him and scramble to the wagon, practically disappearing beneath or behind it out of sight from the others.
Once "alone" with the case (even if only for a moment) he can't help but marvel over it, caress it, but never quite try to crack it open without catching himself and looking back over his shoulder in paranoia..
Rabbit doesn't refuse at all. "Yes Droop, I could really use your help. You think you can make it down safely with it? Even if you could hold it a bit I could take the chest down and come back to help a bit." Presuming that she is more able to descend the cliff after unloading the case, she will make her way down with the chest.
Krull watching them struggling will join the effort to carry those things..after all to him comes natural since he was born and lived in the cold mountains of Icewind dale (athletics 8 hahahaha ).He will look at the beasts and will say "Hold there I ll be back"
As the women, make their way down, the first thing that Droop notes, is that the case is seamless, with no hinges, visible. When he reaches the bottom of the mountain, when he is alone, and looks at it, a Fiery Script, appears too him "Nehtar Nancar " where the latch would be.
Once down at the bottom, Rabbit places the chest down. "Glad that's over with!" She looks over at Droop. "Thanks for the help. How does your case there look? Want me to check it for traps? Unlock it? Then you can open it up."
"Neh...Neht-ahh!"With a yelp, Droop very nearly throws the case up in the air, but somehow manages to just fumble his way into holding it even closer to his chest. Then following a worried look about the area, he finally focuses on Rabbit, before then hugging the case tighter still to his chest. "Nono! Droop, uhh, Droop is good! No want -- er, no need other eyes! Already see plenty, and, uh, kn-know it safe!" Droop proceeds to shoo her way. "You see to not safe chest. Droop has case well in hand."He further assured, if absentmindedly so, as his gaze once more drifted over to the case as if partially lost to a trance.

Margret catches up, then carefully places the wrapped griffon egg on the ground and checks it for cracks. "I think it's not damaged. Maybe if we keep it warm, it will eventually hatch."
Being insightful, Droop gets the feeling, that he only needs to say the words. Rabbit notes that there are no Keyholes in the case.
The Chest is padlocked
Once presented, the egg, bounces out of Margrets hands with a crack, in front of Droop, a part of the shell pops off, with a small hole, formed a feathered surrounded eye peers out, the first thing it sees, it imprints upon the goblin, holding a case, the infant griffon, works its way out of the egg shells popping a scattering, its head is now out, looking around it sees what appears to be its momma (Droop) and opens its mouth, wide expecting food.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Surprised as he was for the umpteenth time today, Droop was quicker to recover this time around, and immediately let out something between a hiss and a growl at the chick. He then looked between the chick and the case a couple of times before a dark look crosses his face. Without a word, he starts to raise the case high overhead as if intending to more thoroughly exact his revenge on griffon kind. But then...
"The problem is it wants food," Rabbit says. "It ain't going to eat horse food. Hmm. What do you feed a baby griffon?" She lets the chest sit, intending to get to it in a moment.
(OOC: Editted this to make the timing a bit more sensical)
Droop scowls up at Margret, shook his head vehemently, then returns to once again glaring at the griffon chick. "Droop no... take revengee. Count self lucky." He says to the birb, then looked to the others. "Droop goes ways over and yon. You yell if need Droop, yes." The goblin states firmly, spares the chick one last glare, and then in a huff tries to wander off at least twenty feet away. If however the chick somehow manages to follow him, only then does he try to distract it throwing it some of his special bullworm rations he'd been saving for a rainy day.
Either way, if allowed a moment's peace after all that, he goes back to once again marveling over the case for a time before the words "Nehtar Nancar is good name" slips out in a whisper.

Droop, sees the words burn, into the case, and with a hiss it opens, revealing a collapsed top hat, and a sword cane, (+1 rapier), runes are etched or sewed, into all.
With their passives, Margret, Krull and Rabbit remember what (edit) poppa griffon, was trying to catch.
"Think you can open that chest Rabbit?" Margret looks at Droop, consumed with the special sword and top hat. She gives the little baby a piece of dried meat from her rations. "Here ya go, little one."
Rabbit looks at the chest. "I can give it a try," she says. She gets her Thieves' Tools to work on it. First she checks for any traps.(Investigaton: 9) She then attempts to open the lock. (DEX Check: 24)
Once done, she quickly turns back to Margret. "Oh! You know what the little griffon could eat is..." She pauses as she turns to look towards Droop a moment. "Hmm, maybe we'll see if he likes those rations."
"Oooooh~ Droop like this~"Said the goblin as he gave the hat a twirl before placing it daintly on his head. Droop turns on the sword cane next, only really discovering the 'sword' part after a combination of a few test swings and incidental shifting of grip releases the blade, startling for a moment. "OoOOoohhh! Fancy! Droop kill many more bad things with this, and noone ever know!"He happily declared as danced about in place, retrieving and sheathing the blade as he swirled about in place.. But then, he came to an abrupt stop and stared at the blade suspiciously as he makes his way over to Sildar and Gundren's campfire. "Still not know why feel drawn to, but... Hmm... No care!"He says aloud to himself.
