"Uhhhhhh.... Droop no remember, b-but can go check. Make safe food before scavenges or goblins show up to take rest." Droop had initially assured Rabbit. Though if he hears something regarding Margret's and Krull's current battle as well before or after, he'd more cautiously take out his bow, and skyrim crouch while keeping close to the tunnel wall on his way deeper into the cave system, ready to shoot... well, a giant spider making its presence known after Rabbit's last warning.
Margret will bonus action, create echo near the creature and then she will attack. She does not know if the creature is a mimic or some strange subterranean thing. "My mistake friends, not a spider, it looks like a moving spike. Maybe a mimic, but this is what killed the Dwarf in his sleep?" (Margret says, confused by what she sees, not recognizing the creature).

Still seeing no signs of giant spiders (or any other spiders, unless one counted the not so friendly worms), Droop weighed the prospects of trying to fire a shot past some legs to make sure the closest one was dead and would trouble not another. But, he stayed his hands again, prefer in the heat of the moment to continue hugging the cave wall as much as possible, and take advantage of whatever dim lighting and chaos to reposition into what he /hoped/ to be a better position.
Be it ultimately surprise any critter attracted by the noise of conflict, or... simply stay out of the way, least he again muck things up...
Movement/Action:Scurry 40ft deeper into the cavern.
Seeing the peculiar creature attack Rabbit, Calithor winces and summons sacred energies to smite it and then moves further into the cave, curious to see what else might have been encountered.
(The creature started moving away from Rabbit - did it's move provoke an AoO? If it does, she will make an attack with her staff - Attack: 21, Damage: 6 bludgeoning)
After the creature misses falling on her, Rabbit quickly casts Shocking Grasp. (Spell Melee Attack: 21, Damage: 7 lightning)
Assuming the spell hits, she then moves back about 20 ft to stand nearer to Gundren. "They seem to be coming from above! Perhaps we should look and watch out for them!" She follows her own advice if she is able.
Krull feeling frustration for missing killing the dead one attacks with more ferocity (reckless attack his first one 13 to hit with advantage for 11 points and second attack 23 to hit for 6)
The creature's movement is only 5 feet and it moved, from the ground, up the wall, still within Rabbits threat area, so no aoo and its reach is 5ft, but it has to attack, by dropping to hit, so, ambush by falling, is its one trick.
When Rabbit moves away, it is still within the effects of shocking grasp, the creature, is too slow to avoid the radiant fire, from Calithor, K.O bounces off the tough prepubescent Ropers tough shell, but returns to Krull's hand, to be thrown a second time, splitting, its shell in two, killing the creature, ichor and foul smelling internals, are laid to bare.
"I still sense Danger, Master" K.O states in Krull's head, the group notes, there are quite a few stalactites, on the roof of this cave.
No movement is detected, but the weapon of warning is, warning. Waiting on Droop and Margret. And to clarify, Calithor was on the bottom of the turn order then, it went back to the top with Rabbit, on this present turn, so starting with Calithor, I let the whole group go.
(@Storm: Droop already acted, but if its somehow his turn yet again, he'll repeat his holding pattern from where he currently is until another threat is identified by others.)

Margret, holds her action not seeing the Piercer on the ceiling, till it moves launching itself down at her. a mote of fire flies from her hand and in an explosive flash of blinding light, The Piercer, is blown away, landing in a fiery heap in the nearby, chasm. everyone sees spots for a second.
K.O goes silent, you're out of combat.
Gundren approaches the dead dwarf, and falls to his knees, in grief. "Tharden, my dear, foolish, Tharden! leaving without me." He puts his hand on Thardens head and starts chanting a dwarven prayer
Rabbit is about to talk to Gundren, but decides to just let him have a moment with the dwarf she presumes is one of his brothers. To the others she says, "Did those creatures leave anything behind?" She'll take a look herself. (Perception: 7)
Once that is completed, she tries to figure the best place for the animals, consulting with Droop. "Do you think we just leave all the animals in here? We'll need to keep them from roaming back outside. Leave them a bit of feed I suppose. Do we tie them?" She then also glances back outside. "I think I was still asking about the cart. Did we get everything from the cart? Or do we need to head back for anything?"

Sadly, Krull misses the dead creature twice 🤣
Rabbit sees movement above as another Piercer drops Dex save 15 Rabbit to avoid the attack (acrobatics)
Otherwise to hit 7 9

The creature with a blunted nose, starts slowly climbing up the wall after it misses Rabbit. The whole cast may take their turn.

“I am sorry my friend, “ Margret says surprised at her own power, “that thing most likely attacked him in his sleep. He felt no pain.”
