"we agreed you are the leader, you dont have to vote"

This Mug immediately shared with me a transcendental tale of an Infinite Mug that anchors the Universe and keeps it from folding in on itself. I filed this report under "illogical nonsense" and asked why its sign is in Times New Roman font, when it is basic knowledge that Arial Black is a far superior font. I wondered: How did this mug even get past the assembly line with its theistic beliefs and poor font choices?
quote from Romantically Apocalyptic byVitaly S Alexius
Pru stands up straight, to the full extent of her three feet, and looks up at the paladin and smiles. She spins around and gives him a bow. She then raises an eyebrow at Aranor, wondering if the other warrior is on board with that idea.
But without waiting, Pru does a quick cartwheel and starts up the path to the left, after the horse tracks.
Aranor makes a strange huffing noise at the implication that Pru is the leader, and he seems about to say something when Pru darts off down the left hand path. Frowning, he jogs to catch up with her.
He's never followed anyone in his life before; that's one of the perks of being a knight without a lord to serve, and he's certainly never followed the leadership of a halfling. But his pride also prevents him from arguing over the title of leader like a child in the schoolyard. He's been so used to having people follow his lead without question that he is actually at a bit of a loss at this strange new development and his strange new traveling companions.
As you follow the little one, the trail starts down a slight grade. As your round a small corner you see an opening to a cave. Standing outside the opening, you can hear chitter chatter from within. Along with grunts and the sound of rustling.
"aranor, ive seen you use that sword of yours, where did you learn?"

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Pru turns to Kaladin and raises a finger to her lips, then points inside the cave, urging the big paladin to keep the questions until after they know what's going on.
Pru tries listening to the 'chitter chatter' to see if it's in Common or from another language or if its from animals.
Perception: 18
She then slinks up closer to the cave opening to see if she can get closer to get a better idea of what's going on inside.
Aranor is about to respond to the question when he also hears the chattering coming from inside the cave. Great, another cave, he thinks to himself. He hangs back a bit and lets Pru do her thing. He is afraid his armor will make too much noise if he tries to get close to the entrance.
Pru bites her tongue to keep from yelling when she gets a look at what's in the cave. She quickly backs out of the cave, not turning her back until she gets back to the others.
"Rats," Pru says in a whisper, "Lots and lots of rats. Some the size of me."
A massive shiver shakes her shoulders. She then quickly looks around.
"Someone's tied up down there," she says. "Rats can't do that. Right? Rats can't tie people up, can they?"
"unusually large rodents?" kaladinfrowned "thats both gross and worrying, can anyone else cure disease?i can use half of my daily healing to cure a single disease"

"No, but if we just don't get bitten we'll be fine," she says, pauses, then adds "right?"
She gestures at the cave.
"It's not far in," Pru says. "Maybe we all light torches and toss those into the middle of them. I'd pluck a few string and let some thunder roar, but I'd hit whoever's tied up in there."
"Rats like the dark so I'd say fire is a good plan," says Aranor. He retrieves a torch from his pack and lights it with his flint and metal striker. "I'll go first."
He walks into the cave, holding the torch aloft, prepared to throw it down into the middle of the rats.

As you take it slow and easy, no sudden movements, the small rats just seem to scurry around you. One of the two giant rats backs up to the far corner. The other is still trying to make it's way to the pedestal where the form is tied up. As you get closer to the rocky pedestal, you notice that it sits roughly 8 to 10 feet above the cave floor. You see no ladder or rope to climb with.
Aranor approaches the pedestal and frowns. It is hard to see the figure from such a low vantage point. He has rope in his pack. He looks up to see if there is anything he can anchor the rope to up on the pedestal so that they can use it to climb up.

As you close in on the cave opening, the noises sound animal like. The sounds are again are broken by what sounds like muffled mumbles.
Pru slips into the cave further to see if she can identify the source of the sounds.
Pru bites her tongue to keep from yelling when she gets a look at what's in the cave. She quickly backs out of the cave, not turning her back until she gets back to the others.

Pru quickly lights a torch as well. With it in one hand and her rapier in the other, she follows behind Aranor.
kaladin follows as well, his eyes blackening

Pru waves her lit torch at the large rat that hasn't moved away from the pedestal yet.
"Shoo. Shoo." Pru calls. "Be a good rat or I'll light you up."
She then looks quickly up again at the high pedestal but then back at the rat.
"One of you can give me a boost. If I stand on your shoulders I should be able to get up on the pedestal."
Aranor looks down at the halfling with a meaningfully arched eyebrow.
"I could probably lift you up there," he says, seemingly calculating the halfling's weight against the height of the pedestal.
