Khessa (assuming she has had the time to give the crossbows to the guards) follows, whispering to the new allies: "Sydiri, Torem, Alara, Kaelen, just a piece of advice: stay in the middle of the group and put the crossbows to good use to shot enemies from distance. Let us heavy-armored do the melee; we will have less chances to get hit than you would. And you will be of quite more help healthy and firing... than to the ground moaning. Ok?"
“Thy aim is sharp. Very well done.”Ev’alish nods to the guards. He takes a glance around the shop, and seems to come to a realization. “Lionshield Coster… ah. I hath seen one in the town of Phandalin, where I was taken aft being set free from the icy prison of the white dragon Cryovain’s treasure hoard. The kind lady manning it hath given me the armor and weapon which thy sees now.”
He looks fondly toward the counter, as if seeing someone behind it. “Her name was… Lineene, I believe…” Hoisting the goblin’s corpse up, he drops it outside and says to the group. “Fond memories, but I hath been digressing. Next building!”
Khessa also compliments the guards: "Well done! Feels good, being finally able to retailate, doesn't it? Another step towards freedom!"
She keeps to stay at Ev'alish side while they continue to explore the village: "Tonight I'd be glad to listen to your story, my friend," she replies as he speaks of his past "before we go to sleep. If you like, that is. But for now, I am with you: next building"
Gryrim follows loosely behind the two melee'rs (even a word?). He ducks as a dead goblin comes flying through the door. "Whoa. You two really do take this cleaning house seriously huh?!" He jokes as he steps through the opening into the trading house. He grabs a handful of items. No more than he'd need to travel with this group. The people of this town had suffered enough without their saviours looting the place.
He quickly catches up to Ev'alish and Khessa. "You mind if I give ye a hand on this next building. Ya know, as a thank you. I'm better at your backs though, none o' this in yer face stuff, I ain't the stomach for it."
(@DM guess this is as good a place as any to gather Gryrim's starting equipment, RP wise)
Khessa welcomes as well Gryrim's offer: "All hands are welcome, my friend!" she smiles "We will 'clean house' more quickly... and maybe finally get some rest"

(OOC: Khessa should be there too; I wrote "Khessa (...) follows"... If you agree, her initiative is 3)
(OOC: Well, OK, does not matter, the goblin will most likely be dead before she can act)
Ev'alish raises his pike, moving in between the goblin and the guard that has been seen.
"Do not think about it. Thy shalt not succeed!"
He lunges forward with his pike. Attack: 18 Damage: 6

The dragonborn nods. "I would enjoyeth the chance to share my tale with thee. But yes. Onward."
(Next building.)

"By all means, I would feel safer with thou assisting." Ev'alish replies.
