Misira recognises the statue as depicting Lancelin that fought and slain a roper.
Sharone investigates the statue and confirms that it is hollow. However, the statue is fully intact and there seems to be no way of seeing inside without breaking it.

Bigan would watch Lyreth do the same. "Well I would hate to ruin a fascinating work of art... This house already wishes us dead so why not! Ha!" Bigan would let loose a warlike shout as he let's loose a full-powered thrust into the statue with the knob of his axe.
Bigan would frown as to the statue would break after one swing from the dwarf's hammer. "Ha! What a swing you have! I've always admired the strength of the stout people of the mountains." Bigan would sigh, relaxing a bit as he eyes the piece of parchment. "It seems this here is a riddle..."

Misira turns her attention to the archway where the wind moans through the open interior of the ancient tower attached to the manor. Stairs curve from the floor to circle the dark granite walls and vanish into a chamber high above.

Bigan would hoist his axe back once the statue was indeed busted. "Well, I feel this is a good time to head back to the parlor. Maybe Alan found something with that board!" He'd turn to the door which would lead back to the front room.
