Heedless of the others, and the potential danger ahead, Gus continues his careful steps further into the caverns depths, trusting in his strength and sword to protect him.

As you continue onwards, you notice that North is... not where he was a moment ago. It seems he went ahead without you all.
"Come on, elf," Calder says to Moonoak. "It seems we've lost de Rolo. Though I like where your head is at we don't have time to sit here and make more toys." He continues on to join the others and to find North.
Attempting to stay in the middle of the pack, Dootwaan moves forward cautiously, following the party deeper into the cave, not saying a word. Continuing to remain as silent and step as carefully as possible.
I search for anything unusual about the rockfall (investigation 17)
You see bits of wood and dull blue specks around the rockfall. You suddenly smell what seems like decay. You see dried blood at the bottom of the rocks.
Darksight slowly approaches North, pausing for a moment... looking down at the pile and back at North, and then the pile once more. "What happened here? Did someone get trapped?"

He claps his hands against each other to knock the soot off. "I think this is where Shawn got stuck before I found him."
Calder wanders up and surveys the scene, "Looks, and smells, like somethings been dead for a while."
"Probably the blood and whatever was left here when we found Shawn." He says, positioning his hands under one of the larger boulders. He begins to lift it, trying to pull it out of the way, making a strength check: 5
The boulder shifts, but he doesn't manage to move it.
I help North move the rock: strength (athletics): 11
OOC: Strength and athletics are two different things. If he had made an athletics check, it would have been +5 instead of +2. Reroll that as a Strength check instead of as an Athletics check. Just add your strength modifier.
You manage to slip into the space next to the boulder, and push it out to help North. You and North pull it away, leaving a gap just big enough for the largest of you to slip through to the other side. The area on the other side has a soft blue glow.

I go forwards into the cave with everyone else. My sword is out, and i have a hold on my packed Blastsparker.
As we go deeper into the cave, i say to Calder, "my name is Moonoak, by the way."

"Pleased to meet ya. Calder," in response to Moonoak.
I show everyone my Blastsparker while we walk, and explain the purpose and how to make one, all in a hushed tone.
After a bit, the group reconvenes with North, who seems to be investigating a rockfall. The palms of his gauntlets are covered in soot.
