Yeah, I thought I was dealing with another grunt here, someone with circa 20 to 30hp. I was thinking if I kill him in a fir of rage, it fits well with what I've got going on and takes up the role of the more or less abandoned concept of a dark secret. I'm also trying to get this guy to safety, but in-game, Rahzer doesn't really know where in the city to take someone who was targeted by a cabal of death cults. At this point, though, it's oretty clear the fight is unwinnable by direct combat mechanics, so Option 1. Flee. Abandon the man once chained to the shrine. Option 2. Die. Option 3. ??? Guess I'm running.
Rah'zher tries to run away, looking for an alley to duck into, or a familiar establishment with a back door or any waterway or sewer.
Rah'zher - The furious Flaming Fist knocks your reckless attack aside and attempts to catch you with her longsword as you turn to flee.
Attack: 17 Damage: 4
You find a rusting rain gutter on a nearby building and manage to climb it (10ft walking speed to reach the other building, 20ft to climb the 10ft building). The Fist will stomp out into the street and drop her swords as she draws her heavy crossbow, "You've gotta come down sometime you little shit!" The bolt catches you in the upper back, almost knocking you over. You are on the roof of a residence of some sort. There are roofs of other buildings nearby, about 10ft away. There is also a chimney on this building, unlit since it is Eleasis (August) and the weather is stiflingly hot.
Attack: 23 Damage: 9
I calculated that you took 6 additional points of damage this turn thanks to your Rage and the damage resistance it grants, 2 from the Attack of Opportunity and 4 from the Heavy Crossbow.
All - Rhogarr is up, if he is unable to post by later this evening I will post for him to move things along.
Rah'zher - You're able to shimmy down the chimney, landing in a cloud of soot in the fireplace. Two Dwarven children are playing in front of the fireplace when you land. They shriek in terror and run out of the room, "Mama! Mama! There's a monster in the house!" You appear to be in the living room of a residence.
Pre-posting before Thanksgiving dinner: Rhogarr will use his next turn to cast word of radiance on all the remaining rats he can see (if any are alive). If they're not, assuming there haven't been screams of being roasted from Rah'zher, Rhogarr will look down the chimney.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing that Remi has help with the rats, Ankita keeps her focus on the woman and commands her fox to hurl another flame seed at her. He twirls around and let’s it fly: Attack: 12 Damage: 6
Realizing that if she gets hit, odds are she goes down and her fox disappears, she decides to cast cure wounds on herself. She bows her head, says a silent prayer to Silvanus, and her wounds glow a soft blue as they heal a bit: 7

Rhogarr - The radiant light erupts from your mouth and engulfs the Swam of Rats, incinerating a fair amount of them.
Swarm of Rats CON Save: 18
Radiant Damage: 1
For clarification, Rah'zher is no longer in the Dungeon. He left to escort a prisoner to safety.
The Swarm of Rats will attempt to bite Remi again. Attack: 22 Damage: 19
The manage to slither inside his armor and gnaw at his with hundreds of sharp yellow fangs.
Remi - Please make a Death Saving Throw.
The Master of Souls will angrily shout, "If Myrkul can't have your bones, no one will!" She then casts Scorching Ray at 3rd level, targeting Samuel, Rhogarr, Ankita, and Damian! The rays tear into the four of you with destructive force!
Remi wakes up with the healing from before, gasps and says “Aarrrggggh! Rats!” They bite into his flesh through his armor and he passes out again, the haze of the old crone like a bad dream. In the fading of his vision he sees the sickly green light with dread.

Gasping for breath after the scorching rays burn into him adding the smell of burnt flesh to the pungent aromas around, Samuel will lunge forward with his rapier at the source of his pain. Attack: 24 Damage: 10
“Take her out with gusto, my friend!” Samuel shouts to Damian, granting him Bardic Inspiration.
"Argh, Fire. I'll show you fire harlot." Damian exclaims as his chest, and more importantly, his exquisite red shirt is scorched by the magic of the Master of Souls, and just as he says that the Master of Souls is suddenly surrounded by hellish flames. (Hellish Rebuke Dex 13 for half of 12 )
"It's time for you to meet your master harlot." Damians snarls and swiftly places the hex on the Master of Souls before blasting her with hellish red crackling force from his ruby ring.
Bonus action: Hex dex on Master of Souls Action: Eldritch blast: 20 + Bardic inspiration: 1 Force: 4 Necrotic: 4
“I’ve got a bone to pick with you.” Samuel says, recoiling at the horror of his own dumb joke as he stabs through the Servants rib cage into her heart.
Damian - Samuel pierces the woman's heart before you can cast your Hellish Rebuke. Your eldritch blast however explodes among the skeletal rats, scattering little bones all over the room.
Ankita is up! Followed by the Swarm of Rats, then Remi.
With a wink of his eye and a twist of his head, Rah'zher tries to convey they have nothing to dread;
When he saw thst this wasn't going to work, he balled up his fist and became quite a jerk.
He threatened to sock them both right in the nose as he looks for a back door and through it he goes.
Completely relieved she was able to dodge the rat that came towards so many of her party, though dismayed to see Damian hit. But confused to see he was more upset about his shirt? Didn’t make sense.
Once Samuel rids them of this evil, she directs her fire on the rats that do not seem to want to disperse. She hurls a fireball at them and has her fix do the same with his flame seed.
Attack: 13 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Flame seed Attack: 13 Damage: 8

All - Since the MoS is within melee range, she should have had Disadvantage on her ranged spell attacks. Rolling the Disadvantage below:
Samuel - 7
Rhogarr - 18
Ankita - 21
Damian - 13
Damian is the only one hit by the ray, re-rolling damage since the new result is not a critical hit.
