Droknin, you do not detect any sign that others have passed this way since you were last here. Though, when T'laren slips through the secret passage, you pick up a whiff on the air... something like a mix of wet dog and armpit.
T'laren:
As you creep quietly through the secret passage and towards the crevasse, you detect three large figures hiding in the darkness. Bugbears. They look to be trying to lay an ambush, but at the moment are distracted teasing a small goblin who appears to be their servant or squire. You are sure they haven't noticed you.

T'laren is unused to running strategy and tactics by others, though he's comforted by knowing he's got the others with him. Figuring he isn't likely to have a better chance to gain an advantage on the enemy, he pulls his string back to his cheek and looses an arrow at one of the bugbears before falling back.
Initiative: 21 Attack: 11 Damage: 10 (I assumed advantage since he's attacking unseen.))

((If they were not in immediate pursuit (surprise), he'd have ducked around the corner, then back out to fire again before falling back to his current position. Rather than falling back, then running forward, to fall back less far.))

T'laren sinks another arrow into the already wounded bugbear before retreating.
One of the bugbears shouts, "Get in there and flush 'em out, Droop!" Moments later, the little goblin crashes down the hallway as though flung by a catapult, smacking hard off the walls and landing unconscious on the floor. You can hear sounds of the bugbears moving around in the cavern, but no one has line of sight on them at the moment.

Keashirryl moves to the place behind Garrin (that's probably as far as her movement takes her). If she can see any of the bugbears within 60 ft, she casts sacred flame. If not, she will stay put and ready it in case she gets an opportunity to use it.

Droknin races past the unconscious goblin and towards the aggressive bugbears. He is met just outside the hallway, where the bugbears had gathered, ready to attack any who emerged. Two raise vicious looking morning stars and swing at Droknin, while another stands on the nearby bridge and throws a javelin. Those with morningstars swing them with monstrous force, dealing heavy damage if they connect.

The bugbears loom taller than even the great leonin barbarian, their body hair matted and smelling of sour wine and old meat. The two closest to Droknin press their attack on him, trying to bring him down. "This one 'ain't so tough! What were those puny humans so afraid for?" one asks the other.
