Randy is willing to use the mental bond with the elders if they wish it. Since he speaks dragon, his communication isn't quite as impeded as the others, but he admits it might help make communicating certain concepts on construction easier. Gordon: Kreldoran knows of a colleague who might be able to help with the ancient gnome's memory
Holger: Kreldoran has a different colleague who would be has expressed interest in studying and treating Holger's chaos affliction
Tess: Intends to go with Holger
Renny: Has a place of honor among the dragonborn, if he wants it. If any of you inquired, you'd be certain he'd live a happy life among the people here.
Szartha: Intends to set up a business as a liaison and logistics between the dragonborn city and the folks from other civilizations who are likely to pursue trade here.
Tren and Galt: Perhaps a bit of a honeymoon, then business partners with Szartha.

((Can Dorny bond with his crew? Also he would gladly contribute to Szartha's business. He'd insist in fact. 500 gold? Or whatever he thinks a partner share is worth.))
Cojlin was always a bit concerned about Renny really fitting in well in any more civilized area, so when he sees this would be a great fit for him, he very much is for this and helps to facilitate it in whatever way possible.
As for Gordon's memory issue, YES. Any way Kreldoran can help. Living out of time with no memory must be torturous. He asks the mage how this can happen.
Szartha had already said he was intending to make all of you a stakeholder, but if Dornikal wants to invest to be a silent partner or the like, he'd certainly be open to it!
Coljin's acolyte to Meilikki informs him that the dragonborn refer to Renny as "The Gardener", as he planted the magic beans that led to the oasis, and they treat him gently and respectfully, seeming to understand his limitations and value him for what he can do rather than despite what he can't.
Kreldoran says that the colleague who may be able to help Gordon with his memory is the best he knows when it comes to aspects of the mind, and that hopefully they will be able to help the gnome fill in the substantial blanks. He drops a casting of tongues on Gordon, who is able to share that he feels much more grounded with his mount returned to him, and that they remember him from when they last were together, but that it's been a long time, but that he hopes to get back to where he knows who he is and who he was.

Randy also expresses an interest in investing in Szartha's business and is willing to kick in as well. He expects great things out of this trading co. ! In this case, he would be truly the "silent partner" in that he's not going to tell Szartha how to run things, but he'd be willing to scout for new potential markets and products during his journeys.
((Sorry, it took me a while to find time to delve back and dredge things up!))
((Presuming you're still planning on heading to the Eastern Cities...))
Mainland:
A moderate to large sized town, but serves as the nearest thing to a city for the folks living out on the various islands to the east.
Dornikal has been through here, and managed to get a few of the local fisherfolk to at least give nominal thanks to Dumathoin when they find sea polished gems washed up on shore. He didn’t pick up on much of anything in way of interesting rumors, the island folk are pretty terse and not prone to gossip.
Don't think it had crossed the other's notice much.
Grunfort:
A city build up around a fort once held by an order of Tempus.
Dornikal found the folk of this town shared little interest in his preaching, but caught rumors of guild leaders making plays behind the scenes.
Don't think the rest of the party heard much about it.
Rayfall:
Situated at the far eastern tip of a fortified island, Rayfall has a central religion around Lathander, the Morninglord.
Dornikal didn't get to do much preaching there, as the state mandate prohibited open proselytizing. He got the sense that this chafed at some folks there, but few were willing to discuss it further.
Don't think the others have much reason to note it.
Torfelna:
Home to the Torfelna Academy, this city is renowned for attracting scholars and artisans.
Among the jeweler’s guild, Dornikal found many who already offered casual prayer to Dumathoin, and worked to establish a small, dedicated following within the guild itself, even converting an unused storeroom into a chapel, and are confident that they would continue to meet and offer praise after he departed. He picked up on some whispered rumors of folks going missing within the city, but most people seemed not to mind too terribly much, as it was largely beggars and the poor.
((I think Jhon had family here.))
Randy in particular would have heard of the Academy, but can't recall any other rumors that the rest of the party would have come across.
Esmont:
The largest of the cities, as well as serving as the eastern terminus of the majority of the caravan route (built upon the remains of the road established by The Builders, that the main party has delved into some ruins of) Esmont attracts the largest crowds of vendors and traders.
It also attracts more than it's share of purveyors of salvation. In an attempt to limit street corner preachers, the city set aside a park for those seeking converts and those seeking conversion to combine their interests. While at first this seemed a good thing, Dornikal noted the mercurial nature of many who listened to him… the next day they were at the next stall, and the next day at the one beyond that.
The rumor on everyone’s lips was about the disappearance of the Lady of Esmont, her husband the Lord of Esmont has apparently offered a substantial reward for anyone who can locate and return her safely. From the rumors you gathered, it seems either foul play, or the desire for a fresh start on her part.
Randy's little nudist friend alluded to the Lord being other than what he seemed.
Krovesh:
Warm and a bit stifling, but climatically and politically, there having been various family factions all vying for succession to the recently vacated crown.
Among the civil unrest, Dornikal found folk receptive to your words, but it’s not clear how long term their devotions might be. Folks tended to be extra guarded here, for fear that other factions might be using spies to sway the succession one way or another, and he doesn’t pick up on much else in the way of rumors.
The rest of the party knows of the civil unrest regarding the succession.
I think you may have since heard of one of the factions making a move, but not the resolution or who.
Krelpo:
Sweltering humidity, a city alternately encroaching on, and being encroached on by the jungle wilds that stretch to the south east.
Dornikal's emerald of Dumathoin attracted a lot of attention and questions about green gems from a handful of interested individuals, though he suspects that they may have intentions other than joining his faith. Something about them seemed off putting, as if they weren’t quite… right.
The party heard of a Snake Cult operating near Krelpo from Krodop, the dwarf they liberated from the bandits ambush way back when.
((It's entirely possible I'm missing other things, a lot of this was pulled from Google Docs that I've not opened in years, since it wasn't relevant to what you were currently up to!))

Randy proposes that the party have a sit down in Kreldoran's tower to discuss their plans as it appears that only three of the "Old crew" would be going on. He thinks it might be good to get input from the newer members to see what they would like to do, rather than drag everyone off to a destination that none of the current team were heavily invested in. "Holger and Tess had some definite ideas about what to do once we got there, but they aren't going on with us. I don't have a particular reason to favor one location over another. I'm more or less a free agent in terms of traveling. I just need to keep my superiors updated about where I'm at and what I'm doing... within reason. They don't need to know about the distressing details." He gives a bit of sly grin. "I don't think that they necessarily need to know about that business in Galastri. Particularly since we might be "individuals of interest" if Anders figures out we're still alive. As far as my superiors know, we were on the caravan trail heading east and no where near the place. A little plausible deniability goes a long way. Any rumors to the contrary is just low slander."
((Since Burns is still busy with work and not able to forum much, the newer members here for a discussion would be Dornikal, though Zokk would share that the sense of where they think Maji's original quest would lead them sounds jungle-y.))

Dornikal would express a strong disinterest in returning to Krelpo -"Like meh armpit after a working in a mine all day, but wetter."
Krovesh - "Better than Krelpo but a mess of politics."
Esmont - "It's a trade city, got a nice museum of stones too."
Torfelna - "Have some friends there, and some family of meh friends. When aye was there people were being grabbed from the street. Didn't run into mehself but aye imagine that it has been taken care of by now."
Rayfall - "Odd place. Only follow the Morninglord. They don't think he can take any competition so they don't let anyone else preach. Doesn't speak well, in meh mind, about the people running the show. Lathander is a bit closed minded though so maybe they are just following his word?"
Grunfort - "It's just an outpost on the way to elsewhere. Not worth a visit unless ye got kin there or are on the yer way north."
Mainland - "Decent folk. Hard place to live, even less happening than in Grunfort."
Then to put forward his concern,
"Aye've got a bit of a...personal situation aye need to find out more about. Ye see, someone from meh clan is out ruining the clan name using magic to turn gems into, well, grey stones. Aye'm not sure what they'd hope to gain from it except some enemies. Aye'm sure Dumathoin don't support it." He shudders at the thought of such a sacrilegious act. "Anyhow, maybe we can hop over to the Dwarven Lands? Maybe not to Greystone Stronghold, mind ye, but someplace with more people?"
He is understanding if people aren't that interested, and would instead suggest,
"If that doesn't seem interesting, then maybe Torfelna is a reasonable destination?"
Listening quietly, but nodding to everything that was being bandied about, Coljin finally puts in his comments about the next destination.
"Well, I never thought I'd be in the position that I'd have the option of traveling wherever we might think of, by magic!" he says with a big smile.
"I know our old plans were to head to the eastern cities. I was fine with that and was going along just to be with the group, but I have no personal interest in that area of the world, other than my main goal, exploring and learning and getting to be a stronger person. Now that Holger and Tess aren't going to travel with us, no one really has a personal stake of heading in that direction any more. Doesn't mean that area would not be interesting, though. And if we decide to go there, it is okay."
Coljin stands up to emphasize his next point, knowing that he had been droning on and could already see that Zokk was no longer listening at all. "Dornikal has a personal issue to deal with, and it would be in the dwarven lands. I would happily go there and explore and well as anywhere else. I haven't seen my home village in a while, and part of the reason I went out travelling was to be able to bring back some gold and some magic to help them fortify and grow. I now have that, and would not mind a short stopover there. And if we somehow get near The Great Forest where treants reside (This is NOT where Coljin lives, I actually just made up the Great Forest now, but, well, there has to be one somewhere) , well, I'm making a side trip to meet them. Randerwaith? Zokk? Ulmwin? Do you two have any personal goals that have a destination?"
What I am thinking is that we travel as a group, in some order, to our personal goals, helping each other out and seeing the world as we go. We do usually get sidetracked, but we would get around to it all, eventually."
(What I'm not sure about is how our magical travel will work moving on. We have Kreldoran to send us to the next location, but is he willing to keep in contact and send us one or two other places when needed?)
((He isn't going to be at your beck and call to fast travel whenever you want, he has his own stuff he's dealing with/working on, but he is favorably disposed to you, and would be willing to assist on an occasional basis. There might be somethings you'd need to do for him, or other means of compensation, to keep him from feeling like you're abusing him for his magic.))
((I've seen this formula used as a baseline for spellcasting services))
Spell Service Cost = Square of the spell level, then multiplied by 10, add double of the consumed material cost, add 10% of nonconsumed material cost.
There may be places that would have teleportation services, if they are established circles, you could potentially buy passage between two circles for 350 gold.
If you were to contact him somehow, he could potentially teleport to you, then to where you need to go, then back to his tower, but that might take more than one day's worth of high level spells for him, and if you were to be able to hire someone to do that, you're looking at 1500+ gold at least.
