With their camouflage, it's hard to say, though the two descending are in a 5-6' height, so while they could be a number of races, would seem to rule out gnomes, halflings or dwarves.
((Coljin and Dornikal I'm going to say aren't within easy quiet whispering range, but it's not that these guys are going to step down onto either of you, just that you're the closest to the respective trees they are descending.))
If he can get Dornikal's attention by waving at him, he then puts his finger up to his lips in a SSSHHHH motion and then he points at the descending subject, nearest to the dwarf.
Dornikal scratches his stubbly chin as he watches the hydra battle. He turns to comment on their aim and sees Coljin waving. He waves back. Then Coljin points up and he looks at the gnome for a tick then turns to look up.
Shrugging he pulls out his longsword and gives Coljin a big okay sign as he straps on his shield. He mimes bonking someone on the head using his head and the flat of the sword.
ulmwin is gritting his teeth, really not seeming happy with the "wait for now" approach. In his opinion, he'd rather help take care of the vicious monster before anything untoward happens, because people at least can be reasoned with- But for now, at least, he also waits.
The hydra continues charging forward toward the floating figure, which is hanging in position for now, still shedding showers of sparks.
The two climbers reach the ground, and begin to move towards the edge of the treeline, while more bolts and arrows whistle out of the trees above. One bolt strikes with a puff of flame.
((Hydra makes it to 180, floater is still 60 and 60, two climbers have reached the ground, but I'm giving you a chance to retro-apply any held actions for them reaching the ground?? Otherwise they still have actions left.))

Randy watches with some wary amusement as the 2 on the ground move forward, wondering what their reaction would be if they suddenly revealed their presence.
Furrowing his brow and giving a very small grin, Coljin shakes his head 'no' to Dornikal's bomping mime. (that was a fun sentence!) He mimes back. Motioning the Dwarf to be quiet and move back instead.
There are hurried calls from those who descended and those still in the trees.
"Hurry! Get it ready!"
"I forking am!"
"Anyone have eyes on the burrower?"
"No... I don't like it..."
The two with crossbows still in the trees hold off on firing to drop a length of fine chain down to those below, who with gloved hands, gently gather it in and secure it to anchor points on nearby trees. The archer keeps up their attack, to little effect, the arrow bouncing off the scales. The floater sends a bolt of fire arcing at the hydra, but it similarly misses as the hydra charges onward. The floater rises up a few extra feet, just to be safe.
((Hydra now at 120 ft.))

The two setting the wires bolt for the trees as the call comes from up above.
"Ain't a bulette... it's a.. gnome! What're you doing here?!", one of the camouflaged fellows asks, utterly baffled by the sudden appearance of one not of their group.

Randy sighs. It looks like the choice has been made. He steps forward into the clear. "Do you...gentlemen...require assistance?" he politely asks. He leaves his hood up and pulled forward enough to make it difficult to see his face, but not so far forward it's impeding his vision. He has an arrow nocked, but not raised.
Dornikal watches the Coljin and slightly cocks his head as he presses himself again the side of a tree, clearly visible.
When the camouflaged fellow calls Coljin out he moves to bonk but then Randy addresses the man. Sighing quietly he turns to keep an eye on the hydra and its progress while they chat.
Coljin will back away a bit from the area that they are trying to net the dragon into. He will move so he is 55 feet from the net, so that the Hydra will be within 60 feet of him when it gets into the net.
Dornikal moves to be able to get a few surprise whacks in when the hydra comes close but is also keeping his feet senses sharp for the rumble of a burrower blow him.
"Finally!" Ulmwin practically bellows, relieved the plan of non-interference has come to an end. Wasting no time to speak the command word of his cloak, and soon enough the gnome is off flying in the air as well. Though for now, that is mostly up, hanging back- Unable to start casting spells, he's mostly trying to watch out where this net is supposed to be so he doesn't accidentally ruin the plan...
The hydra charges forward, where it is met with a barrage of arrows, Randy getting off a pair that both hit, while one of the crossbow bolts lands, the other and the arrow skipping off. The two on the ground finish setting the wires, while Coljin backs up deeper into the woods, Dornikal takes position, and Ulmwin flaps rapidly into the canopy.
One of your erstwhile allies in the tree gives off a piercing whistle, and the floater turns to look back to the treeline and nod, before the tuck into as small a ball as possible, and their lower half seems to vanish.
The hydra, arriving roughly below their position snorts and growls, heads writhing and snapping upward sniffing and trying to find what they cannot see.
A bright flash of light plays across some of the heads, and looking up, you can see one of the crossbowman has uncovered a polished steel mirror under his weapon and is reflecting a beam of sunshine towards the hydra.
A few of the heads orient towards the trees, and they snap at the others as the beast turns its focus towards your present location...
"I think it noticed us... get ready!"
The hydra, trumpeting in rage from nine heads comes barreling towards the trees and the now seemingly flimsy wire trap...
((You'll get another round before it hits the wire.))

Coljin watches quietly. The hunters, are they Elves? Human? Gnomes!? Something different?
He waves his hand at Dornikal and once he has it attention, "Back up now." he whispers back quickly and nods to Dornikal to back up with him.

"Not time for arguing! If they're willing, let's get the job done and sort it later!", a commanding female voice calls down.
The other shaggy mound on the ground nods. "Gonna draw it into the wires here, then finish the job. Still a bulette somewhere, so watch'erselves."

Coljin doesn't want to get close and readies toll the dead. If it gets within 60' of him, he will cast it.
