Lorban will periodically leave his seat to stretch and walk beside the cart. He eyes the nearest person (Nobody or "Weld"?) as an invitation to to talk.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
During the long travel days, Weld (Fargen) rides in front of the wagon on lookout. Now and again, he falls back and rides on either side being friendly with Millie (16) with talk of dwarven stew... Weld offers an opportunity for conversation with Lorban, "Come ahead and let's talk a bit..." as he's interested in making contact with the silver token bearer.
When the day's march winds down and camp has been made, Fargen takes a nightly walk though the camp. He calls upon [Tooltip Not Found] as he looks for suspicious activity.
For at least the first day of travel(but likely for those to follow), Nobody rode closer to the tail end of their assigned cart's right side, and appeared focused more on his duties over anything else; let alone the parties actual "mission". In fact, he seemed so dedicated to trying to make a good first impression that an invitation to chatter in a look alone is more liable to be missed or dismissed in a polite wave before his attention is again on the surroundings.
The natural boredom of such appearing to not affecting him by much. Yet as for the winged monkey at least, the one that seemed all but a permnant fixture on his shoulder since the initial meeting for work, he promptly lost interest within minutes of the travel and would happily try to bugger with Lorban, begging for treats at times, and at others laze about near the tiefling.

Lorban will periodically leave his seat to stretch and walk beside the cart. He eyes the nearest person (Nobody or "Weld"?) as an invitation to to talk.
On the first day the train stops for an hour rest break near the river Dorin waters his horses and Millie fixes lunch. @ Lorban Pick one or both and RP
Once he has an opportunity to speak in some privacy with Weld, Lorban will reveal "Leosin tells me you saved his life back there in Greenest!" He lets the air clear and the cheer slowly withers from his face. "He is certain that there are cultists hiding among the caravan. I trust him in these matters. Unfortunately I must confess that I've yet to uncover any leads..." He points a half-smile toward Dorin and Millie "...though I've determined a few who can safely be ruled out."
You find some suspicious looking folks dressed in robes that have six wagons that travel near the end of the caravan. One of them looks like he recognizes you Thufir, course that couldn't happen not while you're incognito! He whispers to a woman dressed as he is. Then they kiss and move further back minding their own business in the middle of their well armed group.
Then this gnome, with a huge nose that looks like it out weighs his face, speaks to you from a wagon he's driving, separate from all the wagons, for some reason. "Names Jimmy the nose! You look like the hero type too proud." He simply stares at you for a moment as if trying to figure you out "Let me hold that sword its very interesting. I'd like to study it for awhile if thats ok." he then looks at you expectantly like you really would let him hold it. Or even keep it..
Later on Thufir reports to the group about the six wagons near the back, saying, "I may have found the group we're on the look out for. We should all wonder back there from time to time to see what they're doing. Or maybe send that flying monkey of yours Nobody."
Replying to Jimmy he says, "Call me Hawat. Though, I'm afraid a solider's sword is not something he's likely to part with. I also prefer to keep it in its sheath unless there is reason to bring it out. And at the moment, I'm not looking for reason." He says with a bit of a grin, then adding, "So Nose, what brings you on this caravan?"
(OOC: To Kevtr0n: Not gonna lie. The order of those paragraphs kind of threw me off for a good while there. But I see now its for separate instances.)
If by later on/during the break "Weld" or Lorban hadn't come forward on the matter of Lor's alliance, Nobody is initially confused, but easily enough convinced (this time) of everything being alright. At least on the surface he seems as much, in any case. Irregardless, Nobody had made a point of having Yanda finding a spot to roost and keep a general watch during the discussion.
"I'm afraid as he is, he'd be a might too conspicuous more than any of us. I-If given a bit of time though, I, uh... I think I have the material to try and swap him for another spirit tonight. O-one with a less noteworthy appearance." He offers. "A-apart from that, uhm... it's probably best I leave the wandering back to you guys. 'cause if we're all showing too much interest even at different times, they might start to suspect something." He continues in quiet tones and while trying his best not to look about at the aforementioned wagons/waggoneers.

Fargen shrugs at Lorban's life-saving comment, "We did what we could, don't feel much like a savior. Those who stole from innocent folk and terrorized their land escaped justice. But we intend to root them out. The six wagons in the back are suspicious. I purchased a few scrolls back in town that may be of use to disguise ourselves, listen in to secret conversations, or charm one of them to learn more. I figured those of you with arcane gifts could use them..."
"Let's talk with the others and hatch a plan. Until then, it's best we keep a low profile and keep tabs on that group. We've had a run in with this group before, so it's probably best we uses aliases with others."
OOC: Did Fargen learn anything useful from his Insight/Perception?
With a sly smile, "Weld, you are too humble." Lorban examines the scrolls presented. "I believe I could have use for the divination. The enchantment should go to another. I'm already capable of a few castings. As for the disguise spell...well, I'm fairly skilled in changing my appearance through mundane means. Illusion would still help, I think. But another would find more utility with the scroll unless they're already familiar with the magic."

"My sword has been hired to guard the beer. Apparently the wagon chain are some thirsty folk and they're worried about people not asking." Thufir says with a hearty laugh. "What goods are you hauling? See anyone we should watch out for?"
"Flour and dried food stuffs, why?" He sticks his thumb towards the people that saw you "What are you deeth? I already told you. Course they're not the friendly type. They keep to themselves and won't let me near em so thats prettymuch all I know."

The day moves on winged creatures are seen to far away to identify and its about an hour before nightfall. The caravan comes to a halt, to set up camp in a line of nearby trees. Nervous about being caught in the open at night. Dorin sets up a picket line for the dray animals (you still handle your own horses) while Millie sets up a campfire with a kettle hung from a support she cuts up some potato and carrots and adds a few spices and before she adds them to the pot she asks.
"Will you boys forage up some meat for the stew? Before you set up watch of course. Maybe some venison?"
"Ah don't sell yourself too short Lorban." Nobody reaches over and gives Lorban a few stiff pats on the shoulder and an awkward smile. "You might as well be an expert compared to someone like me." He chuckles a bit, only to cut off flinching from his flying monkey familiar sudden decision to perch roughly on his shoulder.
He then shoots the monkey a half-hearted glare before again looking to address the others. "I'm willing to go as well if you think you'll need that bit more extra help. But if not, I'll just as well stick around here and help hold down the fort. 'cause like, probably best at least one of us is here for that after all." He said, cracking a wiry grin.
