Tyrvan, the coin looks old. Older then any coin you've seen, It's thinner then the the coins you are use to.
Don’t you just hate knowing something that your character doesn’t.
Brythel picks up the pepper box and ammo, he then hands the rifle and harpoon to Bean. “If you can figure out how this works you can keep the rifle”

Bean catches the rifle and harpoon. "This is an odd grappling hook, barley looks like you could throw it right."
Bean, You are handed a very oddly shaped harpoon-like rod with a single chain attached to one end of it. It looks like it would take a enormous amount of luck and strength to use this as a grappling hook.The Rifle is odd as well, The actual body of the rifle is well made and seems to be lighter then it looks. The barrel is long and skinny, unfortunately you are not a avid user of firearms so you have no idea what the purpose of the rifle is.
Bean will aim the rifle out of the room and pull the trigger.
He heard it didnt have any ammo. Hes just testing it out.
Bean you point the Rifle out of the room and Pull on the trigger. You hear a soft click followed by a low burning noise, after a few moments a Loud BANG come from the rifle. A slot on the right side of the rifle opens and a cartridge falls out. You hear something move inside the rifle and it closes back up. Nothing but smoke and air came out of it but the Recoil is enough to push you back and causes you to fall on your butt.
"Well, that hurt" bean says as he stands up and dusts himself off.
Bean would like to investigate the cartridge.

The cartridge smells like fresh ash and the black powder Brythel uses. It is a large, copper cylinder with remnants of some kind of paper on one end of it.
Hearing yet another loud gunshot, Josiah ducks his head back into the room with a look of alarm on his face.
"What the..."
He pauses when he sees Bean on the floor with the rifle in hand and spots the open trap door.
"Ah...so I see we've had a bit of luck in here?"
Tyrvan sits inspecting the coin for a while until the gunshot causes him to jump and almost drop the coin. ”Gods above and below! Try not to blow your tiny head off!” He goes back to investigating the coin “I’ve seen a lot of coin in my life but never anything that looks like this one! Any of you seen anything like this?”

Bean goes "... Wait, nothing came out, but its loaded. Brythel, what is a gun used for if its ammo doesnt have a projectile?"
Bean says to the side, "no i dont think its a gun to fire air bullets against air elementals. Itsnot the same thing as using fire to fight fire. Thats not what the phrase means."

"What sort of projectile does it fire then?" Josiah asks warily as he steps closer into the room.

Bean is confused. "So what does it shoot then if the ammo doesnt have a projectile, please dont tell me my primordial was right and this thing is only usefull on air elementals"
Ooc: im not dumb, i get its a harpoon gun, but this is gona be fun seeing the organic realization for bean.
