Her features all but vanish, with only her Pale Hazel eyes now visible as once more she asks, this time her voice is deep and almost violent in tone. "Who am i, where am i, what happened to me."

Josiah, you back away from the double doors and examine the Helm of the ship. While rotten in places it has managed to hold up pretty well over time. You do not see a entrance point from here, darting to the left you look along the left side of the helm and see a window. You know there are always numerous windows in the captains quarters and run up the helm and look down the back of the ship. There you see that the back side of the ship is practically only made of windows, they are all closed.
To break a window would be easy, getting into the window from your position would be a tough task. It's 6 feet down to the nearest window and one wrong move could send you plummeting 60 feet to the ground.

Imras as you speak, the eyes fade away and so do the light. After a few tense moments you all hear a deafening scream as from the floor rises a terrifying sight, A ghostly apparition with elongated arms and legs. Hair is wildly waving in the air, Her lower jaw is missing completely. All over her form you see knife wounds and teeth marks that resemble a humans.
I would like Bean,Imras,Brythel and Tyrvan to roll Initiative along with a wisdom saving throw as the horrifying visage of this Banshee frightens you.

Beneath the stern is the coastline but it is maybe 2 feet of water that is constantly receding as the waves hit the shore. It wouldnt be a pleasant fall.
Investigation check to find a strong piece of rope Josiah.

Bean your knees begin to tremble as you look at the Spirit before you, Normally this type of thing wouldn't frighten you but now. It's as if you are face to face with fear itself. You are frightened, All attacks made against the creature are at disadvantage and you cannot move closer to the Banshee.
Im gunna go ahead and say. The answers to her questions were "Delilah, The pale Willow, Your crew killed you." All information was in the notes and bones.

Josiah, looking around the deck of the ship. Every piece of rope you find is either rotten or not long enough to do what you want.

So I had to come up with a DC for the banshee on the fly because I didnt expect someone to keep trying after she revealed herself. I decided that the DC for her to become non-hostile if the questions are answered after the Fact is 10 + her Charisma which is 3. So the DC is 13.
Tyrvan as you speak the answers to her questions, the horrifying sight before you melts away into the same beautiful spirit you had seen before. This time she is fully clothed in a rather simple dress and her hair dosent look dirty but neat and tidy as it flows down to her lower back. Her Hazel eyes is bright and no longer full of hatred.
Bean you are still scared of her, So are you Brythel.

(Have we seen a name for the ship?)
OCC: I do. And I don't think so....
Tyrvan shrugs, "Your name is Delilah. You are on board a ship that was bound for Heriton. And you died, I think."

You know the Ship is called the Pale Willow.
Her features all but vanish, with only her Pale Hazel eyes now visible as once more she asks, this time her voice is deep and almost violent in tone. "Who am i, where am i, what happened to me."
Tyrvan glances at the others in the room, "Any more ideas? I'm not liking where this is going..."

((Is it the ground beneath the stern of the ship, or water?))
Seeing the windows, Josiah dashes back to the deck to find a strong piece of rope or chain at least 15 feet long.
Beneath the stern is the coastline but it is maybe 2 feet of water that is constantly receding as the waves hit the shore. It wouldnt be a pleasant fall.
