Torla closes her eyes and lowers her head. Still, her fingers flex and relax. Flex and relax.

Ooc: Can beans history of mental problem accusations recognise torla's actions as a grief snap? Maybe an insight check? If i can recognise it bean will bury yin and try to convince eveyone to not mention the make believe panther cub.

I'll say Bean can make a Intelligence check with advantage because of his history with mental issues.

Josiah returns to the beach with Korrigan, warily looking about for more signs of trouble as he does so.  He takes note of Torla's odd behavior, but keeps his thoughts to himself for the time being.

Bean because of your experience with mental issues both in the past and present, You can easily recognize when something inside someone has snapped. You know that she see's something in her hands the rest of you do not see and this was done by her subconscious mind to protect her. She is in a fragile place right now and if her safety net is broken it could cause irreversible damage to her psyche.

Bean you hear a different voice over your shoulder, In your peripheral you can see a Wild looking Gnome standing just behind you. Long,wild and dirty hair covers their face. Dressed in clothes similar to your own. No one else see's this.

"You think she's Broken don't you, You think your not alone anymore. You'll always be alone Bean especially after what you've done."  The figure teases and provokes you. 

Note: This new Passenger is a different one from the one you have been using, If you wish to continue using that one yourself. By all means do so, but I will be controlling the new one.

OOC: See? You've already picked up a second. In 40 years, who knows how many you'll have.

Ooc: shit. Ive gone even more nutty. 

Bean whispers to his right, "uh.... Hi.... New guy," 

Bean motions to his left. "You know. Ive never thought id have to tell you to not bring people in here uninvited, but i cant blame you if i never said it,...... What do you mean you didnt invite him, then who is he?"

Bean will continue to mutter to himself while burying yin. If anyone looks at him he will make motions to not say anything. Threatening with a worried looking neck slit motion.

"Ill admit youve got the right gusto hairy one, but the other guy has 50 years on you, im not really alone. Wish i could be sometimes, so who be you fuzz butt?"

Bean your hear a sick snap as you peer to your left and see the New passenger now standing in the others place. "Oh I've been around longer then you think Silver Bean." There is another Snap and the figure is standing in front of you, 3 feet away. "I've always been here." SNAP, the figure is standing beside Torla, peering down at her. "And I know what you did" It teases in a singing voice, Like one child taunting another.

SNAP The figure is face to face with you. You can see beedy red eyes threw the filthy hair covering it's face. "Murderer."

Bean grows still as the new creatures words sink in. Making sure the task of burying yin is complete.

He wil cautiously stand up. And quietly state. "I don't know what you mean"

Ooc: is he refering to my with-holding information. Inadvertantly getting both yin and leo killed? Or is he refering to something else?

The Dm Shrugs.

Who knows? Maybe they are just playing with you or maybe they are referring to something you did or did not do.

Imras watches as Bean finishes burying Yin. Well, what do we do now?

Bean will go to imras. "We survive, remember that hope, even when imaginary, is a beacon in the dark"

Bean will stiffle back some tears now knowing that his burden has more than doubled, "here dear, i got you the shield, just like you asked" and bean will hand the second shield to torla.

Torla releases Yin back onto the sandy beach and stands, wiping her face. "Thank you," she says, accepting the shield. "Did you find anything else?" She suddenly looks alarmed. "What was that ... thing I saw? Were you attacked?"

Tyrvan runs his fingers through his hair, "Yes and no. We found a spirit onboard the ship. She was a member of the original crew but was brutally murdered and eaten by the rest of the crew. Thing were about to get very violent, but we were able to calm her down and help her spirit to pass on. It was a close thing too. I thought Irmas, Bean, Brythel and I were done for. Also the ship was heavily booby trapped. Either someone was testing us, or someone just wanted to make sure no one survived exploring that ship. On the plus side, we did find some loot." He holds up the bearded axe as an example.  

"I'm glad you're safe." She looks at Josiah for a few long seconds — not smiling, not frowning, truly inscrutable — but doesn't say anything. Turning back to Tyrvan, she says, "Do you have a waterskin? I could really use a drink."

"We're running low on water," Josiah interjects cautiously.  "We'll need to get back to the spring soon to refill, and then we need to decide what we're doing next."

He gives Torla a concerned look.

"Torla, you said that creature somehow took Leo?"

Torla closes her eyes as she turns her head toward Josiah. He can see her take a deep breath before looking at him again. "When I returned to him," she says a little coldly, "Leo seemed physically fine. That's when the Celestial spoke through him. It said Leo was now his vessel because I had let him die. He then changed into a wind and disappeared. Josiah," she asks without a pause, "why were Bean, Brythel, Imras and Tyrvan the only ones who were in danger? And where was your beast while Yin was ... Is she limping?" Torla's tone of voice changes from scrutinizing to concern as she notices Korrigan for the first time.

You are incredibly low on water at this point, you maybe have 1 full canteen between the 6 of you plus korrigan. 

Torla, the shield feels hefty but usable. its just a regular shield. 

When Tyrvan initially speaks you dont really notice it but after a few moments your eyes are drawn to the axe he holds. Your vision narrows in on it, There are distinct dwarven runes on the wooden handle of that axe. Even from this distance you can read some of them.

"By a Dwarf's hand Forged, By a Dwarfs hand thrown. This Huntsmen will always return."
