The box is old, very old. You imagine at one point it would've been a very finely crafted Chest-like box but now its just a piece of rotting wood. Looking under the box, you see a small hole in the bottom of it. 2x2 inches, there is a piece of a latch on one side. On the opposite side there is what appears to be the remains of a hinge. Looking into the hole, there is nothing inside it but the box does have a hollow bottom. A secret compartment of sorts.
Leo, who is keeping a patient eye on the surroundings. Finally joins you all at the Campfire, "I'm moving on, I've wasted enough time here. You all seem to be fine and keeping each other alive." He gestures towards "Erik" "Keep an eye on this one, Try not to get killed. Meet me on the south beach in 3 days." Leo looks about at you all, gives a nod to each of you. He turns and walks back into the Forest from where he came.

Josiah is staring into the fire, trying to sift through his thoughts. It's presently a jumble of memories swirling around, only a few of which even make sense to him at this moment.
When Leo says he's leaving, that causes another, very distant memory to stir.
"Wait," Josiah calls after Leo as he turns to leave, uncertain if he should trust these memories or if this is the right course of action, but he has to do something, "I might have some answers for you as well."
Leo stop's, a little over 30 feet away from you Josiah. He turns and faces you, He stills has his hand resting on the hilt of his blade and has slipped his other hand into a pocket on his red coat. "Answers for me?" He smiles, "I doubt that, We've never met."

Bean sighs. "Well the first mate is one hell of a tough guy to be around, so thanks for trying to put your best foot forward josiah. Now continue. How long have you been on this island"
Bean huffs. "Alright, well then what about the previous question Imras asked, why is it that you have shot at Torla multiple times. The first time you said you saw a eyes in mist. Do you keep seeing that and shoot? Why is it always Torla? What is it you see?"
Bean mumbles downward. "No idget, if anyone else saw you they run for the hills"
Ooc: sorry if im hogging RP. Not trying too, just replying when i can
Lol, if anyone should be apologizing for that, Bean, I'm pretty sure it's me. Sorry about that.
"The first was exactly what I said then. I saw something and was shooting at it, not Torla. This last was just a warning. I truly didn't want to lose Korrigan." He strokes Korrigan behind the ears for a moment, eyes staring into the fire.
Josiah, as you mention the Creature. You get that paranoid feeling people get when they think someone or something is watching them. You find yourself looking over your shoulder at odd times as you swear it feels like someone is standing right behind you.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Josiah visibly trembles again and draws the cloak even tighter, glancing about to try and see what has his nerves so on edge. Korrigan slides closer to his side to nuzzle in next to him.
Not expecting to see anything, but just in case...Perception: 5

Imras turns back to “Erik” after Leo leaves. So. Why did you shoot Torla?
Josiah is staring into the fire, trying to sift through his thoughts. It's presently a jumble of memories swirling around, only a few of which even make sense to him at this moment.
When Leo says he's leaving, that causes another, very distant memory to stir.

"Sylvy"
He tilts his head at you Josiah. "What? What is that? A name? "
A look of confusion briefly crosses Josiah's face, then a sullen, resigned frown.
"I guess not then. Carry on."
Scoffing, Leo turns and continues his walk into the dense forest. Vanishing into the night.
Intelligence check to determine what direction Leo is heading and recall any hazards that he might be about to face: 16
Leo is heading toward the Center of the Island, Towards the Floating Isle and the Water fall.
For a moment, Josiah is too lost in thought to really process where Leo is heading, but then he suddenly springs to his feet.
"Don't go that way! It's too dangerous!"
There is no acknowledgement from Leo on if he heard you or not. You do not see him return and you can hear his footsteps becoming quieter and quieter, Indicating he is moving farther away.
Bean sighs. "Well the first mate is one hell of a tough guy to be around, so thanks for trying to put your best foot forward josiah. Now continue. How long have you been on this island"
Resuming his seat, Josiah's face seems lost. He's very obviously trying to scour his memory.
"I'm...I'm not really sure...everything has been so hazy for so long..."
Bean huffs. "Alright, well then what about the previous question Imras asked, why is it that you have shot at Torla multiple times. The first time you said you saw a eyes in mist. Do you keep seeing that and shoot? Why is it always Torla? What is it you see?"

"That second shot though...that wasn't me."
Ooc: so hes trying to explain that the arrow that delt cold damage to torla wasnt from him? Anyone got an idea on where to go with that?
Josiah looks toward Torla, pulling his cloak tighter around himself as he visibly shakes, most notably in his left arm.
"Don't get me wrong, it was my fingers that drew back that shaft and released it from my bow, but I tell you it wasn't me."
His eyes turn back to the fire.
"It was the creature in the mist."
I've been typing "Erik" for too long...have to keep going back and changing it to Josiah...
