Basically, you could attempt the walk to the Waterfall. I would have you all make 2 CON saving throws for exposure. You are already thirsty and walking that far without water would be a bad idea.

All right so everyone walks back towards the Cave, aware of Torla's warning of the place. It dosent take long to break into the clearing that Houses the caves entrance. You see the large mouth of the cave, Except it now has Icicles hanging from the top of it. You see the remains of the skeletal beast Torla had described.

Imras will attempt to sneak into the cave back to the pool of water, and try to see what the status of the corpse of the panther we killed is like on the way (as well as watching for anything else weird)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Alright, this is tricky Imras. The closer you get to the cave, The colder the air gets. There are Icicles hanging not only in the mouth of the cave but further in as well. The cavern floor is practically one big sheet of ice and it is tough to keep your footing. Thanks to your Darkvision you can see in the cave and it is covered in Ice. the entire cavern, from the walls all the way up to the ceiling is coated in a thick layer of Blue ice. Making sure to take each step carefully, You misjudge a spot on the floor and slip. Catching yourself but causing a little noise; You freeze in place and listen for a moment. After a minute of silence you make your way closer to where the pool was. For all the ice that is now in the cavern, The Pool is not frozen. There isnt even thin layer of ice, It's soft surface is still liquid and looks Refreshing. Glancing across the pool, The half-buried panther is no longer there, Confiming that it was the thing that attacked Leo and Torla. Your makeshift "sack" of panther meat is frozen in a solid block of ice.
87 Ignore this and keep doing what you are going to do.

Imras drinks his fill, then attempts to walk back out of the cave to the rest of the party (since I don't have any way to store water to take with me).
It's strange, after 1 mouth full of the water you do not feel thirsty anymore but you keep drinking out of habit. Yet the first mouthful completely satisfied your thirst.
Alright, on your way back out of the Cave. You start to hear something and you instantly stop moving. Looking all around the cave, you see nothing. Then you hear it again and look up just in time to see a Large icicle break from the cave ceiling and fall straight towards you.
Dexterity saving throw Imras.

Luckily, you are very light on your feet. Recognizing the danger you Instinctively take 5 quick steps towards the cave entrance and the Icicle misses you completely. It Shatters into thousands of shards of ice upon impact. The shards scatter all around the cave with some sliding into your feet harmlessly. Taking a deep breath you walkout of the cave to rejoin the group.

(Gogo good rolls! Course, that could be bad for the rest of the party if they go in on my recommendation and end up worse off :P)
Imras makes his way back to the others after exiting the cave and shrugs. I don't know what's up with the freaky ice growing everywhere, but the pool is still unfrozen and refreshing as ever. Tasted great. I didn't see anything else weird besides the ice. The half-buried panther was gone, so that must be what that thing was. He points at the skeletal panther corpse. If you wanna go get some water, be careful though. I did have an icicle break off from the ceiling and almost hit me. The panther we killed is frozen solid, so probably not much use for us at this point.
(And with that done, it's bedtime. If the others do go into the cave, I'll stay outside and relax unless it sounds like they run into trouble))
OOC: OK, a lot took place last night while I was sleeping, which is great! However, I feel like Torla would have said some things here and there. It won't change what happened, but let me replay the events in story form, adjusting for the fact that the skeletal cat was undead (which Torla evidently knew, even though James didn't).
Running through the brush as quickly as her legs will carry her, Torla begins hearing sounds ahead of her. She peers through the trees to see a familiar face heading her way: Tyrvan. As she closes the distance, she sees three others behind him: Imras, Bean and Brythel. She is surprised to have found the four so quickly, but glad she did. She halts running, breathing hard.
Bean pushes past Imras to stand beside Tyrvan, who has halted just before Torla. "Good," the gnome says happily to Torla, "I thought we would still spend hours on your trail. Good to see you again." He softly pats the satchel slung over his shoulder. "We brought the kittens." His smile falls into a cross between a scowl and a pout. "But ... something happened," he mumbles.
"A celestial," Torla breathes, trying to catch her breath. "And an undead cat attacked us. I felt a celestial in the cave and then a skeletal cat thing attacked Leo and me. It came from the pool. We killed it, but ... Erik! I felt the same celestial on Erik! This morning! I think he's possessed or something. Maybe it happened before we found him on the beach. Or maybe it happened after we found the cave. Oh, father, help us! Do you know where he is? Where Erik is?"
Imras and Tyrvan begin talking at the same time.
"'Erik' isn't actually Erik," Imras responds. "His name is Josiah, and he happened across Erik's body and looks remarkably like him. He took off again this morning just after we woke up. You said a celestial attacked you? Are you okay? Is it still there? That cave is our only reliable source of water right now. Not to mention the rest of the panther in there for food ... "
"A what?!?!" Tyrvan explodes. "And first of all, he is not Erik. His name is Josiah. Second of all, no. We don't know where he is. He ran off not too long after we woke up. Speaking of which, what made you run off without a see ya later? We can't keep getting separated like this. Your skeletal thing is a perfect example of WHY we don't need to separate."
Tyrvan runs a hand through his hair, looking at Imras as the two realize they were just speaking over each other. "Well if this cave has skeletal cats and celestials in it, probably isn't a good idea to go there for water. Any other ideas before we all get too dehydrated?"
"We won't last much longer," Imras responds. "Should we risk going back in once more to get filled up on water before we start searching for another source? Only other source of water I know of is the waterfall with the floating island and giant monster." [Vander, I edited this post slightly to make it work. I hope you're ok with that.]
Torla, still breathing deeply, raises a hand to get the others' attention. "So, Erik isn't actually OUR Erik. OK, that makes some sense. I'm just glad to see he isn't with you. I think we should avoid him." She reaches up and massages the place where the arrow pierced her shoulder the night before. "As for the cave, I'm not sure what to say. I will tell you one more strange thing: After Leo and I destroyed the undead creature, we went into the cave. While ice had begun to collect all over the cave, the pool was still liquid. Leo cut himself and let a little of his blood drop into the pool. It sat on top of the water. It did not mix. Even though the water was still liquid, the blood looked like it hit ice."
"One other thing," she says before the others can start talking again. "I have a feeling I can contribute only a little more spiritual skill until I rest again, but I can pray for water to be created if it comes to that. That pool isn't our only option. Unfortunately, we don't have any good containers, but if we can dig a hole or something to collect it in, we could at least drink at that moment."
Tyrvan pinches the bridge of his nose again in attempt to stave of the headache from the heat and lack of water "Look, I think we know for sure something is up with that cave. Given what Torla has told us, I don't think it is even a good idea to drink that water. Unless we find another source stat, which isn't likely given that we are two thieves, a gnome fighter, a dwarven priestess and a dwarven gun slinger. The only one among us who might have been able to source out water is a possibly possessed, most certainly crazy, unknown. As much as I DON"T want to run into whatever it was that knocked down those trees, I don't see what other choice we have." He pauses and grimaces. "Of course we two," he says, gesturing at himself and Imras, "are good at one thing: sneaking. Maybe we scout out the waterfall? See if that big bad beastie has moved on?"
Bean pipes up, "I say we risk it once more, we were fine for an entire night. So drink up carefully and maybe try to test it?"
Tyrvan looks at Bean. "Yeah, we were good once before. But maybe whatever was in the cave before was asleep or something. Maybe we woke it up."
Torla murmers, "Maybe I woke it up."
"You said you killed the skeletal panther right?" Imras says more than asks Torla. "I think it's worth trying to get one last drink of water before we go searching for a new source. I'm willing to sneak in alone if needed. Wish we had some waterskins."
Imras doesn't wait for a responce and starts walking again toward the cave, taking the lead. Everyone follows. As they near the cave, Imras slows and crouches, approaching stealthily.
And you read the rest.
OOC2: Excuse my D&D noobness, but would the celestial and undead creature be related? Would/can a celestial create an undead creature? Torla, I think would understand this, but I do not. Would she create a connection, or would she be trying to keep the feelings (celestial and undead) separate?
Torla is waiting outside the cave, glad Imras made it back OK and praying that Bean does the same.
OOC: Actually, most celestials in the D&D multiverse absolutely ABHOR undead. Hate, loathe, kill on sight kind of thing. The fact that Reigntail is using both types here, in connection with one another, means something VERY strange is going on. That, or we're dealing with a deity of death, who are among the few "celestials" that might have something to do with undead. Otherwise undead are much more of a fiendish interest.
As to whether or not Torla would make that connection? I can't really say. This is not the standard D&D setting, so Reigntail may have different rules, and Torla's clergy might have a different understanding of celestials and their activities. So that's really between you and the DM.
Basically, you could attempt the walk to the Waterfall. I would have you all make 2 CON saving throws for exposure. You are already thirsty and walking that far without water would be a bad idea.
Imras starts walking again toward the cave. He'll slow when he gets near to approach stealthily.
