As they finish passing over the lava, Jek calls out to Balthor in celestial. "No need to land, just get us a bit lower. Once we get off, can you please go back and save my friend, the one who had the red face before, and possible gastrointestinal distress? Please. No matter your choice, Balthor, may the Bright Lady guide your path!" (Persuasion 16 if needed) Jek says as he casts guidance on Balthor.
He will grab Violet's wrist and say "You said you could levitate, right? Good! Let's go!" Jek will jump off Balthor's back, pulling Violet with her. Instead of plummeting to the ground, Jek falls at a slow leisurely rate.
The Star Lancer over Rum and Stasolya weighs its options, and doesn't like what it sees. Still, for whatever reason, it takes pity on the Centaur, after seeming like it wouldn't. It swoops down next to her, its long body lined up with her own. It tilts presenting itself to her, like it wants her to hold on.
Speaking of Star Lancers, the second one, Balthor, is even less enthused about getting close to Lady Kaede as the flames and magma encroach. Instead, it zooms forward a hundred meters or so and begins to circle overhead, waiting for her to get to a safe point for extraction...
Stasolya, though usually too awkward a creature to submit to being carried through the air, feels the scalded earth beneath get hooves. She nods to Rum as he dismounts, and heaves herself up to try and get at least three of her six limbs around the star lancer. Then she hangs on...
Lady Kaede continues to run, her stormtrooper armor literally melting off of her and puddling on the ground behind her, notices the starlancer circling in front of her.
After another half minute of running, she finally enters a clear area where the starlancer appears to be waiting for her. Ignoring the smith who may or may not still be running with her, she quickly mounts the beast and wraps her arms around it, holding on tight.
”I don’t know your language, my friend, but FLY LIKE THE WIND!”
Thing's are not so easy for Lady Kaede. Not that easy, especially. As she climbs onto the Starlancer, there's a moment where she's about to fly away...
And then...she doesn't...
It looks like she's been ripped off of her mount by an invisible hand to anyone who has glanced her way. She slides across the ground...but disappears in the chaos...
Violet dusts herself off as she reaches the ground...
"Well, that was exciting, but let's get out of here before anything else crazy happens..." the beholderkin says with a little giggle.
She stops mid-chuckle though as she catches something out of the corner of one of her many eyes... Lady Kaede is still trapped by the lava! Violet turns to look, just in time to see the warrior caught by... something...
"Wait... where's she going? Was that part of the plan?" Violet asks, at this point completely lost with no idea what is going on, what is part of the plan, and what is just catastrophe unfolding.

As the Ardent Remnants mostly converge on a spot to the West of all the magma and fire, Rum does his best to help Stasolya mount Porkins. As he does so, he spots Jek and Violet close by over the last remaining magma river blocking their path, being a little relieved until he realises Lady Kaede is no-where to be seen. And then he notices Violet looking back at the forge area, with what appeared to be an expression of concern growing on her face.
He turns to look in that direction and sees a lone star lancer heading this way without a rider. Was Lady Kaede meant to be riding it?
He looks over to Violet and shouts across, "Where is Lady Kaede?". He is not overly concerned about stealth right now, with so much going on it is unlikely that anyone will care about them.
(OOC: Passive Perception and Insight of 21 hopefully let's him spot Violet's concern, even if he isn't close enough to hear what she said)
Porkins huffs and looks displeased at picking up the moose, then travels the short distance over the magma before setting her back down and moving in for Rum. The Tabaxi was occupied for the moment calling out to his allies across the lava...but one short jaunt and he would be reunited with them.
Well, most of them. But their Samurai was suddenly MIA...
Rum makes the short journey across the magma river on Porkins to meet up with the others, and following their gazes looks back towards the fortress just in time to see the lightsaber ignite.
"The smiths did say they heard Vader was here, Fellow Remnants. Please tell me Lady Kaede is not still over there?", he asks Jek and Violet with some urgency, seemingly ready to ride Porkins over there the instant he finds out she is in trouble.
Jek looks back in shock. "Balthor couldn't carry us all.... He went back for Lady Kaede. But... What is happening. He can't be back. Why is it always Vader?" Jek takes a deep breath. He need to distract Vader, maybe just for a moment. Give Lady Kaede room to escape? But what can he do... "We're too far away. Can Porkins bring us closer? Bright lady, please help me save her." Before anyone can respond, Jek takes another deep breath, then channels some of the Bright Lady's energy and shouts much louder than he should be able to. "IS THAT YOU ANAKIN? ARE YOU STILL SO SCARED OF ME, LITTLE ANAKIN?" Jek freezes right after he shouts. "Why did I just do that, he's going to kill me."
(Using Thaumaturgy to triple the volume of his voice.)
Rum looks down to Porkins with a frown, "He could possibly carry two of us, but then he won't be able to become invisible, friend Jek. Perhaps I can sneak in and extract Lady Kaede whilst you continue your distraction".
A thought occurs to him and he digs in his pouch, throwing a potion down to Stasolya. "I forgot about this, friend Stasolya. A potion of flight. Perhaps you can carry Jek and Violet?".
Porkins then becomes invisible and heads off towards the glow of the lightsaber.
"Noble Porkins, can you ask Balthor to help rescue Lady Kaede?", he whispers in celestial as he watches the other star lancer seemingly flying around unsure what to do.
Greko continues running this time changing direction again upon seeing Jek and the many eyed one. He hears Jek yell towards Vader. Greko deer snorts figuring he will have to save Jek again from Vader.
Deer Greko finds the others standing and staring towards the area where Kaede has disappeared to. He shifts back into Greko "Well this couldn't have gone any worse eh friends? What to do ? What to do? Vader is here, presumably" Greko feels his fire elemental extinguish and his concentration drop "It seems my fire elemental has been defeated, which is bad news for Kaede but good news for us. I can call forth Dwayne who could make a rock bridge for us to walk across or perhaps my Air Elemental Mike to ferry us across one at a time"

She quickly lavitates herself to avoid being squashed like an 11-eyed pancake and lowers herself to the ground at a safe speed.
