"What do I believe in?" Severin says, watching Travin's outburst and Shavaris's attempt to do...anything else. "I believe we live and we die. And sometimes we live even after we die."
He eyes Ralik.
"Here. Let me help you, sister." Severin says, stepping closer to Shavaris. He doesn't ask for permission. He just reaches out and sets his hand on top of her head and utters two seperate incantations. After the second, she becomes invisible. "The first keeps you from being detected through magical means. Not much of that here in this world man, but what there is, Vigo has a lot of. The other makes you invisible. Obviously."
Then he steps back, tossing his cigarette butt to the side and pulling a new one from the pack...
Shavaris stares at Travin after his little outburst and is about to respond, but shakes her head thinking better about it. They needed to get this done, and soon. As Johnathan basically brushes her request off to deal with petty squabbles, she starts getting frustrated.
Then Severen actually makes himself useful and she smiles...though no one can see it. Walking over to Adam while the others are distracted, she says, "I'm going to go check out the mainfloor. I'll keep an eye open for ducts." she winks, but he doesn't see it and she heads to the front door.
"Fine! Be like that!" Travbot yells out to the place where Shavaris just was. He looks to the faces of the rest of the group with a thoughtful reflection.
Johnathan, a man who was trying to help Travin feel more human, an impossible task now.
Adam, they'd been through so much together and seen the fall of Vader and the rise of his new found lineage, Travin had been so proud of his friend.
Ralik, a lost companion now returned, Trav ponders whether Ralik still dances beautifully with blades in the moonlight of this fake world.
And Shavaris, now gone, the only one to have attempted to reach out and fully understand Travin through his personality shifts and sense of loss, he though she of all people would understand his anger, his mind numbing despair.
Delph and Ward had gone, their own hubris or lineage taking them away from travin.
And Dageron, the newest addition to Travis' collection, headstrong and direct, perhaps a person that had the most in common trauma-wise to himself, though brought about by means not of his own control. Train wonders whether they could have connected more, but it's too late.
Travbot straightens up "I... I hope you all find the mercy of a quick death, it really is the best you can wish for. Don't try to look for me, I don't want to have to fight you but I will... I'm ending this, all of it."
He turns to his clone, who is still cowering and weeping after being attacked by his more aggressive companion. "You are all of my weaknesses and vulnerabilities manifested in physical form, do your best for them, because I do not have need of you any longer...", travbot stands and looks to the other clone, "come, we are expediting our plan."
At that the more aggressive Travclone nods in understanding and touches his warforged companion on the back, they both disappear, teleporting away and leaving the group with a single broken suffering Travin.
Johnathan remains silent as he sees Travbot teleport away. He understands that he needs time to work through his emotions, or perhaps do something to even the score. Whatever his intentions, it is something Travbot must do to find peace. Johnathan catches the glimpse of magic as he sees Shavaris turn invisible. Johnathan gives a worried look to the others. Ok, guess we go in head first huh. Let’s back up Shavaris in case this goes south. We can’t lose more people. Johnathan will begin to approach the building, waiting for any signs of combat in case Shavaris needs backup.
Adam is watching all of this go down, eyes wide and head bobbing back and forth like he’s watching a tennis match. When he hears Shavaris, he says “Righto! Come back here once you’ve scouted it out then lead us to the route in. Let’s do this!”

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
The last travin clone stands shell shocked at this turn of events and does the only thing he can, listens to the group and follows along. Giving a tearful but determined nod to Johnathan he croaks out, "Travin will help, yeh yeh! Travin is not weak hmm? We backs up Shavaris, yeh! Travin gots it." He gives a weak smile and follows along the majority of the dwindling group.
Severin backs off and watches as some of the Dawn Guard start back across the street toward Nakatomi Plaza. They can see as she slips into the building as Eloise appears on one side of the glass doors, then swaps, this going back and forth for a few seconds. Nothing happens inside the lobby after Eloise disappears. There is only one sentry the Dawn Guard can see; a pasty, weird vampire-thing standing stark still in front of the elevators, as if alerted to the presence of possible intruders from the incident in the garage. The Dawn Guard can see that the lobby area of the Plaza is empty, save for this one vampire in front of the elevators...
Sensing a large fight to come, Dageron uses the nearby bench to quickly rearrange his packs and weapons. Focusing on the bangle, he changes his appearance to resemble a towering, ripped, shirtless biker dude covered in tattoos. Satisfied his potions and a healing kit were accessible, he collects his things and steps away from the bench. "Ready." He joins the others.
Travin, eager to make up for the mishap outside and now no longer under Severin's control, hurries forward and takes some cover behind the first pillar to the right of the entrance.
He whispers over to the group, "travin cans talks to him, hmmmm?, messes with his mind and gets the dawnguard escorteds straight to Vigo? Yeh yeh!"
Once in the building, Shavaris looks back towards her friends and sees that they are gathering outside, getting themselves ready for the coming fight. She smiles to herself, she could always count on them. A pain hits her heart as she wishes Eloise was here, she really would have loved the group she has found. She takes a deep breath, no reminiscing about what could have been, what good is that?
Cautiously walking around the main room of the building, she checks and sees none of those creepy eyeballs that she saw in the garage. Kicking herself for going that direction instead of starting here, now the building was aware of their presence. Oh well, onward they go.
With only the one sentry by the elevator visible, Shavaris draws her blades, Sick and Twisted, smiling as the feeling of their hilts in her palms. Then in quick succession, she flicks them at the creature..
Attack (Crit!): 32, Damage: 22
Sneak attack damage: 12
Attack: 31, Damage: 14
She stays near the middle of the room, but brings forth Eloise next to the creature in case it lives and tries to get away.
As soon as Sick and Twisted slice into the creature, it screams. Deep. Baleful. Unnerving.
It jumps straight up, its pasty white body reaching up for the ceiling. As soon as its hands touch they stick, and the thing draws itself up flat to the ceiling.
Three strange, bulbous flies crawl out of the wounds inflicted on the monster and fly into the air, seemingly to materialize from the thinks green-black blood...

As soon as the creature jumps away from Eloise, she strikes out at it as though she was Shavaris.
Attack: 18, Damage: 14
Using her invisibility to her advantage, she ignores the disgusting flies and concentrates on the vampire creature. Shavaris again sends Sick and Twisted towards the monster..
Attack (Crit again!): 32, Damage: 16
Sneak attack damage: 9
Attack: 30, Damage: 8
An outline of a ghost that vaguely represents the creature floats away from it as the sneak attack hits and envelops one of the flies.. wails from the grave: 10 damage
Shavaris then moves closer to the stairs, not wanting to be detected in her invisible form.
Shavaris slays the vampire-thing with little effort. It's body drops from the ceiling as the last attack cuts into it and it shatters into white, watery paste on the floor. Tendrils of sparkling green-black ichor snake through the mess and slowly start to evaporate into five more of the gross, bulbuous flies.
The wails from the grave shatters one of the flies, and then Ralik rushes into the room behind Shavaris shouting his battlecry, "Oah oah!" , scimitars flashing, smashing two of the gross insects to bits.
One of the gross flies buzzes Ralik, but is unable to latch onto him with its searching proboscis as he kills its brethren. Another buzzes Elise, but she steps around it flawlessly before ducking under another of the flying menaces.
