“Wait what??!” Says Shan at the mention of a dragon. She didn’t heard him before with the fight and the concentration on the holding spell.

"I did see what looked like a dragon. I did not see it move or hear any sounds from it, but my attention was elsewhere."

”I do not know if it will work but I can turn us invisible and go to the city “ she offers.

One part of her wants to see the dragon but she knows she is not ready yet. 

Alex spins around, alerted by a strange and unfamiliar noise. 

He feels evil coming his way and stop talking to Shan, going so far as pushing her away from the perceived threat. 

Escarin looks into the eyes of Tyrros, seeing the eyes of a desperate and frightened man. An awakened nightmare is enfolding and replaying in those eyes. 

"No... " he mumbles to no one, "you are not true, the staff was mine.... it was given to me.... "

Bryony, after being hit and still recovering from the strange nature of your opponent you hear a few yards away the arcane words of a spell. ( Arcana check).

The first dragon hatchling who comes hissing out of the woods receives from both XXorn and Geoff attacks, it mewls and staggers, not dead but hurt,  the others go by, bitting at it, irritated of being slowed down. Thanks to your companions you are not surprised.

Xorn crouches and raises his shield to shield his eyes in anticipation of Shan’s spell. He has seen enough to know if she is telling them to take cover, this will be big.
