"Tuck tail!"

Geoff keeps his shield locked with Xorn's and crouches with him behind his own shield to keep their small shield wall intact

Xorn scoffs at Geoff, “I never tuck my tail!” He’d learned on his travels to his homeland that the act of tucking ones tail was cowardly and shameful in Mino-culture.  His scoff turns to a grin as he lets Geoff know that he was just poking fun at the cleric. “Let’s turn these scaly rats back to whatever hole they crawled out of.” 

[ooc]speaking of mini-culture. They released a Minotaur on UA. Do you want me to stick with what we are using or switch to the UA version? It doesn’t change much from what I can see. Just makes the horned charge a bit more useable.

Geoff gives a wry smile at Xorn and thumps the back of his shield. He seems to be enjoying a good scrap and the joking along with it

Bryony's facing off with at least one lizard man, another who went invisible and can clearly cast spells, and then there's the angry one she failed to push into the pool.  Oh, and she has no weapons or armor to speak of.

Time to get the heck out of here.  She runs for all she's worth, if at all possible in the direction of whoever's fighting the lizard men.  

Bryony bolts and moves through the jungle at full speed. 

The lizardman swipes at her with his sword just as she tries to disengage. Attack: 24 Damage: 8

Tyrros moves in to help his brother, finally snapping out of it. He will attack the same has Geoff, Attack: 15 Damage: 7 and Attack: 20 Damage: 4

Your Moves. Then the hatchlings will move. 

On his turn, Geoff will say to Tyrros, "That's the way Tyrros! Good show!"

Keeping his shield interlocked and formation with Xorn intact, he thrusts his spear forward.

Just as the flames recede, Xorn steps forward with Geoff. Pushing the small shield wall close enough to the next hatchling to attack. Calling to Geoff as he does, we have them on the run now! Haha!

Frustrated by his attacks falling short, Xorn digs deep and finds a sudden burst of energy.

The hatchlings in front ( 1 and 3 ) both spew acid. One on Tyrros and the other on Geoff. Save 11 dex to divide dam

Xorn sees one of the dragons (4) charge him and the last untouched one (5) go into the forest in search of easier prey. 

As the fireball dies and sets fire to many of the plants all around a girl burst through the bushes. She seems to be panicked. 

OOC: Bryony you ll need to make a short description of your character. 

Geoff tries to evade the acid, but wearing heavy armor weighs him down. DEX ST 12

He manages to avoid most of the acid, but some still splatters on his legs, as he cries out in pain. Seeing Tyrros taking a large amount of acid damage, he says, "Xorn, I'll take care of Tyrros with the staff! Hold them off!"

Geoff on his next turn will take out the Staff, but for now keeps the shield wall up.

Though badly burned by the acid Tyrros has managed to escape the brunt of it.

The human woman bursts through suddenly flaming vegetation and comes to a stop before the group.  With curly long crimson hair and her pale, freckled skin, Bryony has a striking appearance though it's presently a bit muddied.  Her clothes are plainly the kind of tunic and padding typically worn beneath armor which was evidently stripped from her.  

She doesn't know who any of these people are but if they're fighting the lizard men, one's enemy's enemy is definitely a friend.  

"There's another behind me!" she yells, and she points behind her as she moves away from the flaming trees towards the group.  "And one turned invisible!"

Shan points at the young woman with her hand as she appears, fire starting to appear in her hand. But as soon as she speaks, her eyes open wide and ater muttering an arcane word

she also dissapears from sight.

Alex

Seeing a human come running out of the tree's, He draws a bead on her. Hearing her cries about being followed, Alex begins to scan behind her for the new target.

Geoff points his spear at the human who suddenly burst through the vegetation, and is about to thrust it through her abdomen, but after she says she was followed he gets the feeling she may not be hostile and keeps an eye both on her and the hatchlings.

Xorn see’s Geoff about to attack and glances to his side to see what it was. The Minotaur was not expecting to see a human. ”Get behind us! These lizardkin have met their match this day.”
