Geoff sees the Ogre standing next to the crank to control the cauldron by the dragon men and he gets an idea. Let the big oaf drop the pot and it's contents all over these accursed dragon men!
He takes out the Blue Crystal Staff and points it at the Ogre.
The Staff glows and Geoff uses Command (1 charge) on the Ogre. "Pour."

Sorry about that. The pots are linked to huge chains and they can't be "poured". The way they are used is that when one hits the bottom the other is at the top and. The dwarves are added depending on what is needed, either to get the one on top, down or the other way around. The ogre is just here to slow things down if they haven't finished loading the pots. He is like a huge, crank. The idea was fun though.
OOC: No problem. I thought there might be an emergency release lever or the Ogre could simply let go to drop the pot on them, but no worries. Thanks for entertaining the thought though!
Amended turn:
Geoff will still use Command from the staff on the Ogre and says "Dive!"
OOC #2: His goal is to get the Ogre to dive through the closest hole in the floor. If this violates the rules of the spell, then his command word will be "Dance" instead (maybe it will still fall through!).
Recognizing that they have been spotted and having the feeling that letting the draconians get away would be a bad idea, Xorn breaks into a head-long charge at the nearest one.
20 for 11 Piercing Damage
He is able to dash if the double move is needed and can still do his horn attack
If he can attack the first one and did not require a dash action, he will use his axe as his second attack and swing at the creature he just gored.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Alex
Seeing his friend charge "head"long into the fray. Alex draws back his bow and fires at the draconians to keep them from getting in the pot. Attack: 16 Damage: 6 and a second if one is within 5 feet Attack: 29 Damage: 9
Seeing the minotaur charging, Bryony's only too happy to follow in his wake. If given the opportunity, she swings her quarterstaff for all she's worth at a draconian.
Before the draconians can even move Xorn rushes followed by Alex s arrows.
The draconians though not surprised are taken aback by the ferocity of the attack. Xorn impales the one closer and sweeps his axe to catch the other, clipping it. An arrow follows straight into it's shoulder.
Bryony and Kinlin are also surprised by the move and have a hard time keeping up. The girl barely hurting the impaled draconian and Kinlin too much interested in the huge plunge to the bottom.
Shan spell touches it's target but doesn't hurt it.
Out in the back near the big wheel keeping the great chain from running wild a very much distressed ogre begins to dance.
"Crank no dance .. Crank just crank.." the beast whispers unable to stop himself.
Init all; please.

The party has been noticed and the draconians are moving toward the pot that the dwarves were filling. They are not moving yet. The Ogre just watches.

So the draconians are moving or at least trying.
The one impaled will do a grapple check with Xorn to disengage but seeing that it is gravely wounded will have a disadvantage. 19
The other wounded but still very much alive, move out of reach then, jumps into the pot going down spreading its wings to stop his fall.

Tyrros moves toward the ogre in case he decides to attack and readies his action.
"Xorn," he screams, " Don't let it die on your horns. They turn to stone remember."
