If Marigold is indeed knocked unconscious Vilus bends over her limp form and takes the circlet tossing it over to Malachi. He then lifts up her clothing looking for any explosive tattoos before tossing her over his shoulder, holding her remaining arm and leg like a sling backpack before ushering the group out of the sinking ship
If she's still conscious and kicking he attempts to pin and gag her with some common clothes from his pack, preventing her from casting any more spells, and ushering the group to assist in restraining her for transport.
Ashley is surprised when the fire from Marigold hits and hits hard. Each flame hurting and yet igniting something within her. She bares each one with gritted teeth and she surprises herself when she remains standing. Breathing hard she glares at the woman, ready to batter her back. But then whatever she conjured retracts upon itself and whoa...
She finds she can't look away at what remains of Marigold. The breath of the Blue Lady gives her comfort in the awful situation she finds herself with her friends.
She watches as Joren first make sure Marigold wasn't going to get back up and Vilus grabs hold of her. Nodding as if it was the most natural thing in the world, she lets her feet lead her to the other ship.
Reaching the next deck up as the ship continues to sink, the group sees naught but a rotting skeleton where the last zombie had been giving chase. Stripped of its unlife by the intervention of the powerful intervention of the Blue Lady against Razmus. The tilt of the ship has gotten more drastic, and grows hard to keep their footing. The stairs up to the top deck are at the far end, and water is already starting to lap at the bottom of the stairs
Malachi recoils in fear and shock as Marigold sends the scorching rays toward Ashley and the shadowy maw appears surrounding Marigold. Then a sense of peace and calmness settles over him as he feels the Blue Lady’s embrace and hears her call out to Razmus. He stands oddly detached as the jaws close down around Marigold. He catches the circlet Vilus tosses him in one hand and examines it wordlessly for a moment before looking up at Marigold.
“Razmus abandoned you in the end. They did the same to Andra too. That should tell you something.” Malachi doesn’t know if Marigold can hear him, and doesn’t care. He watches as Vilus throws her over his shoulder and after a quick, final look around the flooding room, follows the others out of the hold and toward the other ship. “We need to get off this ship.”
Vilus' heart is still racing, though it does not read on his face. "My false leg ain't gonna grip these boards when they're at such an angle" he grunts.
Shifting the weight of marigold to across both his shoulders/the back of his neck like a scarf, Vilus frees up both his hands to hold a dagger in each. He then crouches on the slanted floor and attempts to climb down using the daggers as picks to secure his position in the wood boards. "I've got more daggers for those who need an extra, once we're on the top deck Chemain should be able to throw over a rope"
Malachi throws his arms out to the side to maintain his balance as the ship lurches and starts to tilt. Dropping down to one knee he moves in a controlled slide down the floor toward the stairs to the upper deck, passing by Vilus as he creeps along using his daggers. Mal plants one foot on the bottom stair and springs upright, turning and extending an arm back to help his companions as the rising water laps against his boots. “Hurry, this way. Up the stairs and back to Chemain’s ship.”
As the ship lurches Vilus is caught out as his false leg gives out on him, he falls prone, likely sliding down towards Mal without any grace whatsoever. (13 even with help given)
"Preferring mountains and fog, or even the endless tunnels under Cambria to this," Joren mutters. "At least they are not sinking beneath us."
Steadying himself with difficulty, he begins moving towards the stairs leading to the deck, stowing the Dunamis Blade behind his back once more. His echo disappears from standing over where Marigold had been as he re-summons it and moves it 30' ahead of him.
As gently as he can with rough hands, he attempts to assist (taking the help action to grant advantage to next DEX Save if possible) anyone else who needs it, or picks up Marigold'sunconscious and mangled form in case Vilus has dropped her.
"Ashley!" Samir's heart leaps into his throat as flames rain down on the genasi, his breath catching. The exhale is almost explosive as he sees Ashley still standing firm afterwards, flickers of embers dancing around her in the air before fading away. The horror that becomes of Marigold has him catching his breath once more, quickly turning his head away and grimacing.
As the others begin making their way back out of the ship's hold, Samir moves to follow, only to lose his footing as the vessel pitches and bucks. His boot slides on the water slicked wood, and he hits hard with a pained grunt.
Using all her focus on Marigold and what all just transpired, Ashley turns too quickly to run to the stairs and the lurch of the ship has her cascading to the ground. Cursing to herself, she sees she isn't the only one in this predicament and she starts to worry that they might not make it out.
Malachi looks on in surprise and tries to stay out of the way as Vilus, Samir and Ashley land in a heap on the tilting deck. He lets out an exasperated sigh “Seriously? We don’t have time for this, guys.” He bends down and helps the others to their feet, pushing them up the stairs.
Stopping Vilus before he slides into the water with half a councilor on his back, Malachi helps him up the stairs where Joren takes over holding her. Ashley and Samir slide down the deck and grab onto the stairs on their way by, hastily scrambling up. Bursting out onto the upper deck as a group, the see the hull of Captain Chemain's ship looming over them. Most of the guards from the cannon crew are looking over the railing, and seeing the heroes emerge, they begin waving frantically. Several of the break off to begin lowering a rowing boat into the water. The ship continues to sink, but rescue arrives before anyone gets wet.
One of the men in the rowboat calls out, "Quick, hop on in." The other one observes the sinking ship and quietly says, "So does this mean it's over?"
"over!? No, but we have won this day. Save your celebrations til we stand on dry land," vilus yells back at them a little frustrated at so many gawkers without regard to their jobs about Chemain's ship. He steadily makes his way into the dropped rowing boat, offering to relieve Joren of the weight of Marigold if he needs.
Ashley quickly jumps over to the rowboat, breathing hard. She looks warily at Marigold, "She isn't going to blow up, is she?" She still feels the blue lady and even with the danger and what she saw with Razmus or whatever that was, she can't help but smile.
"I saw no tattoos, but I wasn't about to do a closer inspection on a sinking ship... We should staunch her wounds and get her attention. The information she has is too important to die with her." Vilus says as he lays their adversary in the boat and gives the others a hand across. "Besides I never got to return the favour to Andra for torturing me, at least with this one there'll be a purpose to it."
The boat doesn't take long to return to Chemain's ship, but by that time, only the prow of Marigold's is still visible. The one surviving cultists, still charmed, flails awkwardly through the water. "Help... Can't... Swim..."
He isn't the only one on the brink. Marigold eyes are unfocused, and when she coughs, a large gout of blood bubbles out. Some of it flows over her cheekbone, pooling in her eye. The floor of the rowboat is already getting slick.
"I need some healing on this witch! Ash can you help cauterise the missing limbs in a controlled way? Chemain we need to get to land now, and we need bandages" Vilus shouts out, anxious to not lose this opportunity. His temples throb with irritated veins and he twitches a little, paranoia creeping in once more. He turns her head and attempts to clear the blood from her airway using gravity and the rocking of the ship.
After getting on the ship, Ashley helps Vilus get Marigold on the floor and takes a look at her situation. She grimaces and wonders if her meek Healing Word would do what needs to be done to help or at least get this woman back to talking.
Then something dawns on her, she digs into her pack and pulls out a little pouch. Opening up the pouch, she pulls out a small seed. She holds it up to the light, considering, then giving a little shrug she places the seed in the center of Marigold's torso. She places both of her hands over the seed and closes her eyes. Directing her sorcerer magic into the seed, she feels the warmth flow down her arms and into it. After a few moments, she removes her hands and takes a few steps back, waiting and watching to see what might happen.
By this point, the flow of blood from the mangled side of Marigold's body has reduced down to the occasional weak spurt. Her eyes find one moment of purchase on Ashley's as the seed in planted. Then they glaze over again.
For a second, nothing happens with the seed. Then the air starts to get a little colder, and a little darker. The seed itself starts to radiate a soft heat and a gentle glow. Then small roots begin to grow out of it. Those roots begin to thicken, and other tiny roots branch off, crawling all across Marigold's body from head to toe, and burrowing into the wood of the rowboat beneath her. Soon the roots begin to overlap and interweave, creating layer upon layer of dense wood. Then the roots grow still, and tender green shoots emerge instead. Unfolding into large dark leaves, they cover the wooden cocoon in a matter of seconds before they too come to a stop.
Finally, one lone shoot creeps lazily upward from the center of the cocoon where the seed had first been planted. It grows to three inches tall, and then forms a bud. Slowly the bud opens in a spiral, revealing a crimson bloom with long, red petals that hang back down toward the base of the flower like little waterfalls of blood. Then the air returns to normal, and all is still

A very impressive 5 on that Dex save!
