"Sounds like these goblins are tough and driven," Sergeant Sloan says between spoonfulls of stew. "I would suggest we try to take out the warlord; then the goblins will most likely lose the urge to fight. Or we could capture one of the division captains and see what information we can get from it, find out if they really are allied with the Dark Lord or not."
Perhaps we ought to visit their camps at night cause some mayhem, and grab a few prisoners? This would cause the goblins some casualties and keep them awake at night...still sipping her beer...

“I like that idea! I’m in. I can help with that!” Misha grins as she looks through her component pouch to organize materials.
11. The weak swordsman clings to his instrument. It is better you have a sword, but death must lie under your fingernails, if need be. Learn death with your elbows, death with your knees, and death with your thumbs and fingertips. It is said death with the tongue is useful, but I find words too soft an instrument to smash a man’s skull.
is this enough proof -takes something and drops a stolen planning scroll-
if you wanted to know i had to kill six goblins but two other fled from my grasp to get this from their camping tent
yes! i may look like a weak person who comes from a very wealthy family but i am nothing compared to the rest of my family-stares at waltz while say this-
Misha looks to Waltz and his deep skepticism at the last two adventurers.
”You do not trust easily? What will make you feel better? I hope you do not feel the same about me, also?”
"I've seen you prove yourself earlier. These ones do not look like they have ever seen battle. I also appreciate the bravery you display."
Misha blushes and smiles, “Very sweet of you to say.”
she pulls out a small piece if lint and rubs it between her thumb and forefinger and stretches it out like golden thread tracing the image of a dagger that appears to levitate in mid-air. “This illusion is worthless and not helpful. They are not illusions and have the potential to be helpful.” Misha points to Primrose and the new, unnamed stranger.

Leokoris looks each of her new companions in the eye, being careful when looking at Rhi to do so while pointing her own nose off to one side of the raptor. Starting to feel emotional, the scars on her face turn white, while the rest of her darkens a bit with a flush.
What say you? What say all of you? We are each of us at this table an outsider of some sort. Yet we all have reasons for being here. Yes, the goblins pose a danger to Freeport, my home. I have lost friends and family to goblins and their kin in recent years. My kid brother ...was at the mine, he was the most recent. There is more than enough for us all to do to be turning away volunteers. Now we can all sit around crying in our beer about the long odds we face, and then go our separate ways and die separately. Or we can pull together, come up with a plan, and kick some goblin behinds first before the rest of them come for us with their goblin pikes. What say you!
Misha cannot help but see Leokoris start getting emotional. “Oh, my dear! You are absolutely right! I should think raiding a camp as you said before is something I should like to do with you! May we join you?”
i come from afar town and i wanted to have adventure but my family saided otherwise not too and its the commoners job to get things but i disagree ..so i went anyways under the cover of night now unlike my prideful parents and my cruel seven brothers i was the only one who left the safety of my home's walls
if you guys wanna to know more- far from freeport this is a town called-Blackspire and in it, a beautiful human girl Born with deadly Supernatural powers and as the eighth and youngest sibling in to a wealthy family: the Hunters and her parents would always try to keep her away from parties because they are afraid her ruining their reputation , unlike her Seven prideful adult brothers who were noble and strong dukes and her Power-hungry parents who are the owners of the family mansion but she is different from her entire family she always wanted to be normal but when she tries to talk with people who pass by the iron gates they act as if she was not there she asked her parents to go outside the walls of her home and meet new people but her parents says that they are nothing but commoners and poor people...but she begs to diferente...and so last night .... she grabbed her sword and backpack and sneaked out of her home's walls to seek adventure.
OOC: ShadowQueen12, what level is your character? I am not taking anyone above level 5. Also, i would like to know what all of those rolls on the campaign game log are about.
Has everyone finished eating? We may be on travel rations from here on out...Leokoris wipes her face with a napkin.
Is there a choke point like a bridge in their path where we can slow them up and kill some of them? Do they all walk across country, or do some of them need roads? And has anyone raided their camps at night? Welcome, Lady Primrose. Hitting goblins on the head with a hammer is my job. Cutting through them with a blade is the for the honourable Waltz. There are other ways, of course, and I think between us we will know them all, yes?
By now Primrose has decided the food is acceptable and has eaten and drank her fill.
"My best attacks are as a sniper. So if there's anyplace we can gain the high ground at a narrow pass, that's the best place to station me."
Skorli unstraps his warhammer from his back and says to Leokoris, "A fellow hammer-wielder! I knew I liked ye at first sight... nothing quite like ta feel as it crrrushes yer enemies, breaking bone... uh, er, I mean of course I's dedicated me life to healin' and all now, but still.... I'll show ye mine if ye shows me yers."
Leokoris hides her surprise at how well her impromptu was received, thinking to herself to do so more often...She smiles at Skorli and draws out her own 'hammer and the 2 axen she also carries, saying Deal. Skorli, you have a fine warhammer, I like the dwarfs at both ends...Here is mine ...
Thing is - no matter what kind of armour a foe is wearing, it can still be taken down if you hit it hard enough with a hammer often enough with a hammer...
Sergeant Sloan holds a finger to his ear. "Sergeant Sloan here. Go ahead," he says to no one in particular. "Yes, sir. I've got eight volunteers here now." He pauses briefly. "Yes, sir. I will let them know and we will be on our way. Sloan out."
"Okay, folks," Sloan says to the gathered group. "We have our marching orders. We are to be the team to strike at the heart of this goblin menace. Follow me," he says rising from the table, "to the depot, and we will get you all outfitted for mayhem and adventure." He winks at Leokoris. "You look like you've done this before. If the others don't mind, you can be the squad leader."
Ya but - I was just - oh! Deep breath. Yes, Sergeant. Which depot and is there some sort of budget? Leokoris makes a mental note to refrain from making such long speeches in the future...
Misha looks to Sergeant Sloan and then to Leokoris. She notes Leokoris’ reluctant, but obedient response.
“Is everything all right, Leokoris? You don’t sound terribly confident. I think anyone who has ideas and willing to put them into action is a good leader. I wonder if something else is bothering you?”
Misha sits down on the table in front of Leokoris to listen to her.

Primrose smiles at Waltz.
"You are correct sir. I'm not a warrior. Magic is my weapon and I'm here to improve my skill. I dare say I can keep up my end of the fight."
She smiles at Skorli and says "Tricks indeed".
"I'll take a heal gem, please and thank you. But I BEG you to tell me how you make these. I'm VERY interested in Healing."
(OOC: sorry, Shadowqueen, I wanted to use your character name but was afraid I'd lose my comment if I navigated to your introduction)
She beams a smile at Misha. "Why thank you dear, we'll HAVE to go shopping when this is over".
