Finnan and Gambi notice five figures in the distance. Two look like stocky lizardmen carrying large bags of grain or something on their shoulders. The other three look human. Two of them are carrying crates. The third leads the group, poking at the ground ahead of it with a large walking stick.
Delimbiyra gazes into the direction indicated but can't make out anything. "I can't see anyone or anything in this forsaken hole. Please, lead on," he says to Finnan. "By the way," and he reaches out his hand, " Delimbiyra."
As Finnan moves to follow the figures, he stumbles over something. Upon closer inspection, you see a dead lizardman with two arrows sticking out of his chest and several crates scattered around the area. You hear a groan in the high grass and weeds not too far away.

"There appear to be traps or other people out there, I suggest we move with some caution, If anyone else would like to lead the way be my friend" He stats as he moves forward keeping an eye out for were the arrows came from. Perception 18
"What's that?" Gambi says moving towards the groaning. "Hey! There's another one over here! I think he's still alive. Anyone speak lizard or dragon or something?" A scream rips through the air as Gambi disappears behind the tall grass. Roll initiative. Gambi 11 Lizardfolk 8

You noticed five figures in the mist who looked like large lizardfolk and humans carrying stuff away. You hear the captain of the caravan guards hollering down from the trap door, "Hey! Where do you think you are going? We've got a dead guy and an unconscious lizardfolk up here!" The tunnel you followed Gambi through from the trap door to the swamp is about 90 feet, or 30 meters. What do you do?
