Stealth: 15

Nia followed the others as quietly as she could.

Depictions. Got it. Interesting. Cat people.

Crispy takes out a small notebook and a quill. She looks at the walls and jots down some notes. She looks at Liam for a moment, with a less that pleasant look, and writes down additions jots. She then looks at Gregor with an annoyed face, and again, makes additional jots. Finally, looking at Nia, Crispy smiles, staring a bit too long at her, writes one final jot, and puts the notepad away in her back pocket.

So how y’all proceeding?

Gregor helps Chubby tie the rope, and volunteers to go first, plunging into the darkness of the scary hole in the ground, not without a final quip at Crispy.

”You enjoy looking at pictures in rocks, Gregor be the one making history spelunking into temple of ancient civilization. Maybe Gregor find survivor first, and they be extinct cat people, who Gregor be making friends with first. Gregor 1, Crispy 0”

With that final good natured ribe, Gregor starts rappling to the depths below. If you want Gregor to roll athletics or perception or anything just say, he will probably give his teammates a quick description of what he sees at the bottom and if it’s safe or not.

Go ahead and roll perception as you lower yourself down. Due to the aid of the rope, I won’t make you roll anything else for now.

Gottcha, Perception Roll: 23

Crispy gives Gregor a look of pleasured surprise, actually impressed he took that as well as he did, and the fact he could form such a large sentence and not fall over exhausted. She nods to herself in approval.

Then, after a moment.."Ah, hells, I should have SAID that..."

"Finally, someone other than Chubby with a sense of humor." she says to herself.

I'm going to bed. I don't wanna wake up tomorrow morning and find you all dead, so take it easy.

Inlay designs surrounding the walls adorne this room, but are hard to identify, even with darkvision. One door leads to the north, and another to the south. An open passageway leads to the east and empty torch sconces surround this room. You notice that the floor is covered with a large fungi. You can see large spores floating around some of them.

Gregor is about to shout up to the group, but remembers where he is just in the nick of time. Gregor instead pulls on the rope three times in quick succession, and tries to identify the large fungi in the room in his spare time. 

Nature Roll: 23

If you have lowered down onto the floor, I need a dexterity check (stealth) as you land please :)

nature check: you believe these to be poisonous.

When Liam notes the three tugs on the rope, he looks around at the others with a slightly confused expression.

"Does three tugs mean 'All Clear' or 'Hurry and pull me up, I'm dying down here?'"

Nia shrugged. "No idea, big bro. Maybe it means 'Attention, room service!'?"

Chubby makes his way down the rope:  (Athletics check) 10

And then upon landing at the bottom, takes a look around and notices the 'shrooms:  (Nature check) 2

Whispering extremely quietly to Gregor: "What in the nine hells are these things, Gregor?  (obviously not even knowing their mushrooms with a crappy nature roll like that) Think these spores are dangerous?  I'm not breathing them in if I can help it." and with that, he covers his mouth and nose with the cuff of his tunic.

He reaches into his pack and pulls out a torch and tinder box, and readies to light one, after consunlting Gregor first: <whispering + muffled behind his tunic> "fafe to light a torf?  You and fei can fee just fine, but fose ofers will fe blind af a bat..."

Stealth Check:6

Gregor solidly thumps to the floor of the mushroom room. And since we’re at it with the bad stealth roll, Gregor answers “Yes, lightning a torch would be a great idea Chubby. Since it be so dark let us be making two or three to be safe.”

Chubby will take out two torches from his pack and light them both, mounting them in their wall sconces.

Crispy notices the rope twitch, grabs it, and slides down to join Gregor and the Chubbs - but not without a "Bye, Felicia!" to Liam and Nia.

Athletics: 9

"Wh..whoA! Easy..Damn rope.."

Stealth: 15

"Chubby, don't eat the shrooms, man. Hells." She slaps his hand.

Liam sighs as Crispy says her piece before descending the rope.  He then glances sideways at Nia.

"Well, I guess we're all going down then.  You first, or would you rather me?"

As each of you climb down the rope, roll a stealth check for me as you step foot in this room.

Liam's Stealth: 22

He's also looking around with his darkvision to see what he can perceive as he descends.

Perception: 18

He also dismisses Calcifer to his pocket dimension for the time being.
