With all due respect to chubby, most of them are out of reach of him. The walls in this room are roughly 15’ high. However, you see one sitting on a lower shelf, and many more smashed on the ground. They don’t seem to have anything inside of them, and they look to be glass blown.
Crispy, you inspect the lever and follow your gaze to the mirrors in the cieling. You pull the level down with a soft ke-chunk. Suddenly, the mirrors begin re-arranging themselves in a complex pattern, revealing a pinhole which is letting in light from outside. It reflects through the mirrors onto the final one which projects a small dot of light onto the ground, around the size of a coin. It then begins to rotate slightly, drawing a figure of 8 on the ground. After about 5 minutes, the lever reverses and the room becomes dark again as the mirrors return to their resting position.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Crispy walks over to the area that the figure 8 was made from the light. Is there anything different about this area that's different than the rest of the floor, she wonders..

She then turns her head to witness Gregor's spine telescope as he attempts to heavy Chubby on his back.

Liam is also attempting to examine the glasswork. Does anything stand out to him for strange markings or similar oddities? Once he sees the light display, he'll pay particular attention to see if any of the glassware shows a figure eight symbol.
The glass items show no markings of anything in particular. A little bubbly, and on closer inspection, you realise that some of these have beenmade with more care than the others.
The floor where the figure 8 is shining has sparatic claw marks scratched around where it seems to be projecting.
"Well, there's obviously SOMETHING important about this chamber..." Liam muses aloud after not finding anything of note about the glassware. "A contraption like that would take considerable time and effort to build, so there has to be some purpose to it."
Chubby is too dumb to offer any advice. My opinion, though, is that the figure 8 lighting involves setting up the glass vases around the room (on the posts?) in such as way that they end up taking the light and bending it around to point the way we're supposed to go next, or, they activate some sort of hidden door? I'm picturing something similar to Indiana Jones.
Yeah, that was my thought too, which is why I had Liam looking at all of the glassware to see if anything might look like it's intended to be used with the device.
The mirrors are very much like that from Indiana Jones, but are only situated along the roof. The posts which are fixed standing up from the ground are almost in tatters as they have deep, multiple claw marks all over them. You can also see some old, matted fur caught on the texture.
If you'd like to move on, lemme know which way you go :)
”Crispy, try not to be drinking so much during working hours, it unprofessional and also Chubby’s job.” Gregor sarcastically replies to Crispy’s tottaly nonsensical declaration.
”Gregor be thinking we take North door. No particular reason, North just be sounding good.”
With our adventurers seemingly perplexed at the meaning of this large room, they continue to press on...
Through the open doorway to the north you are once again, surrounded by natural cave wall, however the roof above opens up and you can see other stone bridges from the upper floors. Directly above, you see an old rope bridge cross an opening before stairs lead you down two flights. A hardwood, iron bolted door hangs loosley off a rusty hinge and inside this cold, damp and dark room. Once your torches flare to catch the detail on the walls, you can see more scratch marks- different from the ones you saw before, these look like finger nails, not claws. A charred, burnt out firepit lays scattered in the middle of the room. Liam:

"CoS" Rumble- Tabaxi Shadow Monk
Gregor (with Chubby’s permission) puts the dwarf on top of his shoulders to reach the higher pottery.
Athletics roll for that, I suppose?
Last to know and first to be blamed...
As a free action, can I regret my life choices?
Athletics Roll: 21
(Kinda mediocre, but it’s just a roll to give a piggy back ride, that’s forgivable right?)

Does the floor seem to have any panels or trap doors along the edges where the light shines? Crispy feels the edges of where the light track followed.
You follow the light as it circles around and round... The claw marks scratched in the surface of the floor look as if they follow the light pattern.

He looks around at the rest of the group.
"Any thoughts?"

“Maybe other rooms have clues to this puzzle. Does we want to stay, or investigate a new room?” Gregor asks the group

"On to room...6!" Crispy announces.
(You're currently in room 6 :p)
So, to recap, you have doorways leading n,s,e and w as well as the doorway you entered through to the west.

"Eyes open and step lightly, everyone," Liam says quietly to the group. "There is danger at hand."
He stays where he is, where Vigilance started to hum, and looks about intently to see if he can identify the cause of the alarm.
