Not being able to see in the dark Cladmir will stick with the tried and true approach and stab at something up close. He will follow Kroshav as far as possible and get ready to deliver some up close and personal retribution to whatever monster lurks down here.
Cladmir will also be very happy to see the sword light up as this will certainly make fighting a lot easier while also making it nearly impossible to attack the Dragonborn by mistake.

Joe moves out of the little room and takes cover (dodges) behind Lurn, who is still waiting for a response on if they should chase the drider or not from the rest of the party.
I mean, Lurn could go charging after the drider, but with everyone else around the corner he's just going to take a beating... Screw it, he can take it. Lurn's charging the drider. If he has vision after one move (I think it'll be just inside dim light range at 25') he'll hit it with a Toll. He'll also move his Spiritual Weapon up after him. (Doubt it'll ever make it into battle again, though, with 20' movement)

Oh, right, and if I'm wrong about distancing and he can't see the drider, he'll use a sprint to charge it.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Lurn charges off around the corner after the drider, closing to within 15' of the thing and leaving Joe behind. The drider turns around on seeing the light approach and shudders as it hears distant, familiar bells tolling.
It shakes its head, the noise of bells disappearing, as it considers the firbolg and the duergar on his back. Mikram yells something at the drider that no one understands except, apparently, the drider. With a harsh laugh it moves backward, disappearing into the darkness while making a beckoning motion for Lurn to follow. The last Lurn sees of it as it steps beyond the light of his shield are red eyes. Not even a breath after it has disappeared three arrows come flying.
((Map, you can't technically see the drider but as soon as you move a bit you will be able to. Jaq can see it as soon as he comes around the corner though.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Jaq rounds the corner, sees the Drider and continues full movement towards it. As he is moving up he raises his bow, takes a deep breath to steady himself and lets an arrow fly, trying to aim for the monstrosities head.
Longbow attack: 29
Damage: 10
I don't think there is anywhere in the hallway for him to use stealth, so he will use cunning action for extra movement. Waiting until Lurn moves, he will then use his movement to follow him, staying 25 feet behind the cleric.
Kroshav will move up as far as he can alongside Lurn, but still doesn't have visual on the creature, so will hold his shield up against any incoming arrows.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Cladmir will also follow Kroshav as far as possible *and* remain behind the shielded Dragonborn. Not seeing any target he's going to hold on to his rapier and wait the inevitable charge.
If Cladmir can make it to Kroshav he will attempt to stealth -- or in this case stay behind a shielded warrior (as a good soldier in formation would do of course!). Stealth: 24
If Cladmir cannot quite make it to be behind Kroshav he will dash -- which should hopefully be more than sufficient to get behind the Dragonborn.
The heavies move into the hall to try and support their firbolg cleric, but neither can really make out the drider. Mikram is definitely pointing the way for them, using a number of angry gestures.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Lurn charges forward again and lets off another Toll, expression grim, this time using Elvish to speak, "None can deny the Lord of the Dead for long, spider. Be thankful that He is gracious and shall let you return to the arms of your own god."
Toll damage: 8
((I am very glad that my main attacks are saves rather than actual attacks, considering the 19+ AC XD Still, if anyone can get into range and have confidence to hit it hard, I'd be willing to use Path to the Grave on it to make it Vulnerable to one attack's damage.))

If he has cunning action left and not used for movement already, he will move south around the corner to get out of harms way of any drider attack.
The drider catches the arrow in its thick lower spider bits and hisses at Jaq as the elf scampers back to the south and out of sight.
