((Jaq can still attack, he's just got disadvantage on it. Roll another wisdom save after as well to see if it sticks.))
Both Kroshav and Ernos land a shot on the banshee, though Ernos' does noticeably more damage to the misty essence of the creature.
Jaq sees the beauty of the woman's face becoming horribly distorted. He feels his chest tight again and is afraid he might fall again if he takes a step closer to her.
Jaq rolls to his knees and then stands (Half movement used from cunning action) and then with trembling hands takes a hopeful shot at the banshee.

He will then use his regular action to cast minor image of a bush as large as the spell allows right next to him. He will them move behind the illusion.
Kroshav sees he's chance and, perhaps to Ernos' surprise, the banshee's head floats free from her body and both disolve. The last thing to disappear are her burning, hate filled eyes.
((Still on initiative, anyone other than Kroshav have something to do this round?))
Depending on if the snow is fluffy, or packy/wet, Jaq starts pushing the snow to make as much of a snow wall as he can, or if its fluffy, he starts pushing it into a larger snow hill. "Can you ask Eulo to use her (his?) body to push the snow into a pile?" he asks Kroshav? "if we stay to fight here I need places to hide behind."
If instead any of the group start dashing ahead, Jaq does none of that and instead looks up ahead for any terrain or areas for hiding.
((Hell yeah for Mage Armour giving those good buffs to AC.))
With Jaq building cover, Ernos opts to join in, hastily rolling together whatever mounds of snow he can.

Cladmir lowers his shield and weapon slightly -- feeling a only a tinge of disappointment that he did not get a swing in, a feeling which was mostly overridden by the awe at Kroshav's prowess.
Seeing that Ernos and Jaq hastily pushing snow Cladmir knew that at some point in the recent past he would be back there with them hastily erecting a cover ready to pelt enemies with arrows, but he did not feel that need anymore. But at the same time a part of him still asserted the cool logic of prudence.
Speaking to Kroshav, "Assume we wait for the enemy to come to us, do we stand in front of the opening to draw their attention and allow everyone else to perhaps get off surprise shots, or should we step aside and let them try to rush Jaq and Ernos and maybe we can rush their flank unaware?"
(( Cladmir will continue to stick close to Kroshav. ))
While piling snow up, Jaq says loud enough for them all, "Depending on how many of them, this might not be something we can win. This one ghost already has taken a toll on us. We may have to parlay with them if it doesn't go well, I fear. Maybe if they know the truth about Lurn...." he lets his words linger off, as he knows Kroshav probably won't be too conducive to the thought.
"Hmmm.... I don't know if the snow forts will help if they swarm out, but if we can hold them off, it'd give Jaq and Ernie a chance to do more... Do you know how much time we have?", Kroshav muses to Clad before turning to ask the Librarian's golem.
((Not sure what she meant by 'one more moment'.))

Cladmir still doesn't know what all this talk about Lurn is all about, but it hardly matter. The noble paladin had, of course, chosen the valiant role to shield his injured comrade in the battle to come and he couldn't help but be inspired.
"I appreciate not having them free to charge us, and if they bunch up I can perhaps cause adequate damage to overturn their numbers.. Hopefully these snow banks will cover from any arrows, too."
Hunkering down once there's enough snow built up, Ernos fixes his gaze on the entrance to the library, then casts Create Bonfire at the top of the stairs, to hopefully force as many foes as possible to walk through the flames.

Jaq has time to move back 20' but not enough to build anything as the first horrible undead emerges from the Archives, a twisted wretched thing with a long tongue and claws. It moves to the side of the flames (10' wide) but is easily spotted silhouetted there. Its turns before lopping forward to close the distance on the party, not quite making it to them.
The golem takes a step back and to the side, near Mikram and readies itself.

Jaq fires off a quivering shot that still manages to find it's mark, right through the banshee's forehead.
Whatever had a hold of him shakes off as her face distorts and reforms into the original, beautiful woman's.
He uses this new found lack of fear to hide behind an illusory bush.
The banshee looks between those assembled before her and, deciding Ernos is the greater threat, descends on him screaming and arms extended.
