No sentinel for Kroshav this round, the ghast went after him instead.))

The ghosts descend on Ernos and Mikram, two on the human and one at the dwarf arms extended.

Ernos ghost attacks

Mikram ghost attacks

Attack: 7 Damage: 8

One of the claw attacks strike both Cladmir and Kroshav and both feel an odd toxin burning through their veins, though Kroshav doesn't really notice.

One of the ghost's hands gently touch Ernos and he feels so, so cold and falls limp to the ground (unless he has something he can stop that with?). Mikram just leans WAY back and the ghost, seemingly expecting someone a bit taller goes wide.

Kroshav guffaws as he swings at the ghast.

((Since I don't see the ghost's attack as a spell that I can Counterspell, nothing I can do about it.  And since I'm KO'd by it, can't Hellish Rebuke either.  Note to self: Find some way to steal Absorb Elements from another class.))

((Don't know what happened to my rolls, but was only one that hit for 17, the second one was an 11 to hit.))

Kroshav chops down and the ghast explodes in a burst of light, sending dark gore bits into the ground around it.

The dragonborn chortles with glee to see his enemy dispatched.

Seeing the paladin striking down the enemy infused Cladmir with zeal!

(( He got angry he was not able to hit back for a bit -- did not want Kroshav to think he was a coward, then even more angry he missed the first hit. ))

The ghoul nearest Cladmir collapses into a burning, hissing puddle in the snow.

Jaq pops up and fires at one of the ghosts over Ernos.

He then tries to duck back into the snow.

Jaq places a well aimed shot into a ghosts back but despite it writhing around a new gap in its being it doesn't disperse completely. Jaq isn't able to fully get behind cover when he drops and the ghost leaves and heads to him, arms outstretched.

Damage: 14

The other turns to Mikram and descends to try and grab the legless dwarf.

The third ghost hovers momentarily over Ernos before, seemingly satisfied, flying across to float above Cladmir and Kroshav. It makes sure to stay out of reach.

The ghouls both lash out at Cladmir,

((Ouch... Would have been even more damage with that crit but it doesn't matter. ))

Jaq stiffens as the ghost's fingers disappear into his chest. Mikram similarly is unable to wiggle away and stiffens and falls as the ghostly fingers rake his face and neck.

Cladmir gets hit again and again feels a vile burning enter his veins.

The golem turns and rushes to strike the ghost over Mikram.
