OOC: A ******* 8?!?! Why do the dice hate me.
Stun lays down on the ground heavily breathing as he barely escapes death from the boulder, listening onto the conversation between Gub and Essek.
After listening for a short while, Stun joins in on the conversation, imitating the giant "Gub! You say goblin good cause they bring fud, but what you give? Why no other giant here but you? Why fud only care? it cause you cant get own food? it cause it feel good so you no feel lonely?"
Stun stands in front of Gub while shouting, "You say little people weak cause they small and give food. but you weak one cause you not strong nuff to give! you not strong nuff to be round other! you go big easy and destroy and be mean and that weak! You no strong! Strong Help Weak!"
Stun stands his ground with his arms crossed staring at Gub...

OOC: I am so sorry.... i thought this would work....
"Little people no give food to Gub; that why Gub send goblins. If goblins no get food, Gub eat goblins; so, goblins get food from little people for Gub," the giant replies to Eskee, "and shiny stuff for dragon. That way, goblins no get eaten." Gub sits back and laughs as if he just made a joke.
"You no give Gub food, little man," the giant turns to Stun. "Gub getting hungry. How about Gub eat little man who smells like dog." Gub reaches down and picks up Stun with a thumb and finger. "Ow!!" he yells as he lets go of Stun, dropping him to the ground.
Stun, give me a dex check to land safely.
“what can you tell me about this dragon?” Eskee asks. “I haven’t seen any dragons around here.”
Maverick calmly gets up walks under where Stun is falling and would like to try to catch Stun.
OOC: what do you need me to roll Bruce, I’m directly under him, arms ready and belt still on. Hopefully if my strength lets me catch a boulder it also will let me catch Stun.
Okay. Maverick, give me an athletics check to catch Stun.
"Ow! Ow!! Ow!" the giant says, sucking on his finger. "You stuck Gub!" he yells at Stun as he falls. He flops down and sucks on his finger.
"Don't worry about dragon," he replies to Eskee with his finger in his mouth. "You not find him. He find you." Gub points to the abomination. "Dragon send big snake to find you. He get you if you not in Gub's valley. Gub no like snakes. Snakes maug, very bad. Gub no trust snakes."
Maverick digs his feet in, rolls his shoulders, and:

after he catches Stun He looks at Stun in his arms and says
“Hey man what time of year is this? It’s FALL.”
and Maverick let’s go of Stun and he lands on his butt
Good catch, Maverick!
Maverick walks infront of Gub
”Ok, that’s it I’m sick of your shit Gub, sitdown now it’s my turn to talk! I might look small but I’m just as strong as you.”
Maverick picks up the boulder and throws it to show off his strength
”Listen, these little people need your help, you are good Gub I know this is a miss understanding, the goblins are making you BAD I get it, I truly do, I know you have a big warm heart and you just want to live your life, eat food, and be happy. I promise you, the people will feed you if you protect them from the goblins and WE will keep you safe from the Dragon. We just need your help Gub. We need to know EVERYTHING you know about the Dragon and the Goblins. We can’t help you if you don’t help us, we want you to be happy, the little people want to be your friends and friends want eachother to be happy. Please help Gub, be a hero, Gub the HERO GIANT OF THE HIILS, that sounds AWESOME what do you think you guys? Gub the Hero. Please, helps us help you.”

Stun awkwardly looks at maverick as he was about to land on his feet but instead landed in his arms... “Hey man what time of year is this? It’s FALL.”
and Maverick let’s go of Stun and he lands on his butt.
Stun instantly gets up from the ground and turns away in embarrassment while Maverick tries to persuade the Giant....
"Gub likes you, little man. Gub help. Gub be hero," the giant responds. "But Gub no hurt goblins. And Gub no talk to dragon. Dragon maug, not nice, hurt Gub. Dragon talk to snakes, tell snakes to take Gub's food. Snakes hurt goblins who help Gub get food from little people. Snakes maug, very bad."
“hey Gub, where are Goblins? And what color Dragon and where are bad dragon and snakes?”
Goblins in Gub's valley," the giant replies to Maverick, "and more coming. Dragon is green like the forest he lives in. Snakes sneaky, hide in forest with dragon."
“I’m confused Gub, Im not as good with directions like you Gub. Which way is the Valley, can you point the direction so I can understand.”
"Gub's Valley that way," the giant says pointing towards the mountains behind which the sun is setting. "You bring food? Gub will take you there."
Stun throws 2 days worth of food rations towards Gub.
"Go for it, Hero Gub!!! Lead us to goblins!"
OOC: Hey, I just want to double check. Does everyone see two posts from Bruce that just say Hilly Woods, or is my phone not loading something right?
