Olana comes out of hiding, after Dwight had introduced everyone to this new group now recognized as the other party hired by the brother dwarves. She sees no reason to distrust them so far, seeing as they introduced themselves in a friendly manner and didnt outright attack them while they were down.

"As Dwight said, I am Olana. A pleasure to meet the rest of the group finally."

Terveys turns to Lewsie and plays a little tune.
