With Shaa's knowledge and Rey's understanding of modern dwarvish and dwarf tales and some help from Vallivoe as well, you are able to decipher the ancient text. It speaks mostly of the Besilmer, one of the rare dwarven kingdoms that was built on the surface, with its strength measured in fields and pastures. It prospered for a time but was plagued by trolls and giants. The dwarves were obliged to build a stronghold underground, carving out the fortress-city of Tyar-Besil a century after Besilmer’s founding. Most of that realm has been forgotten, the greatest of the works are all that remain. The Stone Bridge, a gigantic stone archway (two miles long and four hundred feet high), comfortably spans the widest spring flood of the Dessarin River. It was (and remains to this day) a sacred site of pilgrimage for many dwarves. Long ago, the dwarf god Moradin appeared atop the Stone Bridge to rally dwarves of the Ironstar clan against a horde of orcs. The founder of Besilmer, King Torhild Flametongue, died fighting a hill giant atop the Stone Bridge. He was entombed in the Halls of the Hunting Axe, the other monument left standing. The Halls of the Hunting Axe stand as a reminder of the long-forgotten dwarven kingdom of Besilmer. A gateway between the underground and surface worlds, the halls were once a magnificent complex with soaring, arched walls, beautiful stained-glass windows, and impeccable craftsmanship. The only things left standing now are a few crumbling ruins upon a prominent outcropping that survey the plains for leagues around.

Leofir says, "Oh, dwarves and their love of stone. It's so adorable. The ruins may be interesting to see if they're on the way."
(Leofir also has a lead on a job regarding Goblins pretending to be spirits and scaring some of the townsfolk who come near them. Might be hoarding some treasure as well and is to the West of town if I remember correctly)

As you talk, a man covered in a rough and dirty sheepskin walks into the shop, obviously in somewhat of a hurry. He pauses after noticing you, then speaks. "Endrith! Has anyone been buried in the Sumber Hills recently?" Endrith replies. "Not that I know of, why do you ask?" "There are four new graves up there, very mysterious." Endrith mutters to himself. "Yes, mysterious indeed... perhaps these fine people could help you investigate this, they are quite adept at that sort of thing I hear."

OOC: Yuron would vote for the Sumber Hills. It seems more his style.
"We could go through the Sumber Hills and swing back through Womford or the other way around. Not the quickest plan but it would work. It seems like we have quite the journey ahead regardless maybe I'll acquire us a cart."
Yuron will make his way to the nearest stables or place to acquire a cart and horse(s).
(Just to move things along)
Leofir says, "A boat with ancient Dwarvish books as cargo? Sounds fishy."
He snickers at his own terrible pun.
