Gellwin your flames are still having a hard time doing much against that solid armor! But Cade and Bones you both land very solid blows and together you take down the first suit of animated armor! The second one though gets a light smack against you, Petros!
Bones looks genuinely concerned now. "I've only the one attack spell left, let the divine favor our victory!" (( He casts Guiding Bolt on Armor B - this is his last 1st level spell ))
Gellwin and Bones both finally connect in a blaze of magical glory, zapping the magical suit of armor right where it stood, even as it tried to take a couple swings at Petros and failing! With both suits of animated armor now lying motionless on the floor of the room, things resume their frigid calmness.
Removing the rocks isn't too hard, taking about ten minutes to finally uncover the corpse (could be a little shorter if someone helps). However, as soon as the last rock is removed, the corpse stands up and begins to attack, taking a couple of slow, languid swings as it gets to move again!!!
Gellwin jumps back and lights a bonfire under the corpse.

Create Bonfire: Any creature in the bonfire’s space when you cast the spell must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 3 fire damage. A creature must also make the saving throw when it moves into the bonfire’s space for the first time on a turn or ends its turn there.
"I also hope that is the last thing we run across, I'm almost tapped for divine energies I can channel. Since we're not certain how large this compound is, perhaps we should rest?"
Then, as the undead jumps at them, almost reflexively, Bones casts Channel Divinity - Turn Undead! "Life is the fabric of the weave of all things within this realm of creation. BEGONE THAT WHICH DEFIES THE MAKING OF THE WORLD!"

(( Channel Divinity: Turn Undead: As an action, you present your holy symbol and speak a prayer censuring the undead. Each undead that can see or hear you within 30 feet of you must make a Wisdom saving throw. If the creature fails its saving throw, it is turned for 1 minute or until it takes any damage. A turned creature must spend its turns trying to move as far away from you as it can, and it can’t willingly move to a space within 30 feet of you. It also can’t take reactions. For its action, it can use only the Dash action or try to escape from an effect that prevents it from moving. If there’s nowhere to move, the creature can use the Dodge action. ))
The poor zombie doesn't stand a chance against some very aggressive and perhaps mildly irritated adventurers, being smacked around by light and steel and crumbling into a heap on the cold stone floor!
(DM note: you COULD try and rest, but remember you are on a clock, and you don't know yet what else is in the lab, but you are welcome to try)
Cade puts his sword away. He then examines the zombie, looking for anything useful, and also clues to who the person may have been and why they would have been here. (i.e. was this a killed adventurer for example?)

Gellwin looked deeply relieved, " Hopefully that was all the defenses left here..."
Cade sheathes his sword. “What’a blow, doctor.”
Then he starts to removed the rocks from on top of the corps.
