Rawlings' eldritch blasts both land soundly in the middle of the blood serpent, drawing its attention. Just before Brother Siegfried's spiritual guardians attack it again (Wisdom Saving Throw: 16 or take 17 radiant damage).
Tor's attacks (I'm on my phone so I can't see if you rolled with disadvantage due to fear. But you can roll your wisdom save again to try to overcome the supernatural fear) find purchase in the water and blood creature that used to be the priestess, the magical blade cutting deep. The thing reacts in pain and looks to Tor, just before attacking though, Brother Siegfried's spiritual guardians slice into it (Wisdom Saving Throw: 18 or take 9 radiant damage).

The blood serpent releases a hiss that sounds like roaring water and attacks Rawlings, by diving down and slamming against her, like an anaconda striking.
Attack: 21 Damage: 11
The blood creature growls at Brother Siegfried and lashes out, lightning fast, striking the times viciously quick with a hand made of blood and water.

Sigi absorbs the flurry of blows and is barely able to maintain his concentration and keep spirit guardians up. Having seen the effectiveness of his last attack, he once again calls upon Chauntea to take a life that no longer belongs in this world. He reaches out with one hand while clutching his amulet in the other and casts inflict wounds (this time at level one): Attack: 16 Damage: 23
With his bonus action he once again calls on his spiritual weapon to attack. Attack: 25 Damage: 12

Brother Sigi's blows, guided by his goddess, strike true and hard, the creature recoiling in response to the magical damage from both the spell and the spiritual sickle.
Rawlings attacking the serpent, strikes true with her first ray, but her second flies wide of the monster, as its constantly moving coiling form makes it hard to hit.
By contrast, both of Vandeyr's blows, seem to skate off the monster, its form not reacting in the way one would expect blood and water to. (It's AC is 18).
Similarly, Tor's blows, hampered as they are by a supernatural fear, miss their mark, the first deflected as a glancing blow, the second simply going wide of the creature's undulating mass. However, Tor's anger seems to break through a barrier of some sort. He feels his fear break and melt away, like a thin skin of ice on a frosty morn. He recognizes the effect as magical fear, supplanting his natural courage, and may act as he wishes.

This time, the flurry of blows do not worry Brother Siegfried. "Misbegotten spawn of the dark gods, your powers fail you. Chauntea will not allow you to lay a hand upon her servant. Retreat back from whence you came!" Not wanting to mess up a plan that is working, Sigi once again casts inflict wounds Attack: 15 Damage: 15
Then he commands his magical sickle to attack as well. Attack: 12 Damage: 10

Rawlings blasts the serpent as it misses its attack again, functioning as little more than a distraction. This time, however, Rawlings' spell blasts massive holes into the blood serpent. The monster's head who's back and forth, then it stops and it seems to be trying to hold itself together, as its shape seems to be fluctuating, and bulging, like water cancer. The bulging continues as the serpent cries out, with an almost panicked sound. In a matter of seconds it has swollen to double its original size before it explodes outward, raining blood and water down on the combatants as it dies gruesomely.
Vandeyr's rapier finds purchase again, but again, it seems less effective against a creature made of water than a magic weapon might be.
Brother Siegfried strikes again with magic and blade. His effectiveness a manifestation of his goddess: diametrically opposition to these creatures' dark god. But the other monster still stands.

Forcing his will to overcome the fear placed on him, Tor growls "I'm not afraid of you. You're already dead, you just don't know it." Feeling much more himself, his will to fight returns, and he jumps back into the fray, slicing with his black handaxe, a gift from Oloven what seemed like an age ago now.
Tor's black handaxe cuts deep into the creature of blood and water as though it was made of flesh. As he twists the axe, as a distraction, whatever dark magic seemed to be keeping the creature to it's roughly humanoid shape fails and the creature falls, the water and blood dispersing back into the water.
While the weather continues to storm, its fury mostly seems spent, and appears to lack the supernatural power it just had.
About 60 feet away to the west lie marshy islands. With the storm abating, any who look can see several humanoid forms lying on the muddy islands, seeming either unconscious or dead. Though it's hard to see details due to the storm and rain that continues to fall, they appear dressed as simple villagers.
Tor stands panting in the water, sopping wet and covered in blood, some his own, though much of it from the serpent creature which had exploded. He looks around to make sure there are no more combatants remaining, then turns his attention to the bodies on the far shore.
Perception: 15
Can he make out any more details from here, through the rain?
You can see that there are at least a dozen people, including two children or halflings. You can't quite tell if they're breathing or if that's just the occasional lightning playing tricks with your vision.
