ST4-B13 sheathes its greatsword and replies to Keteria's question, "This one has not sustained any damage." It watches Van Staer with interest when he starts moving the bodies of the zombies around and burning them. ST4-B13 turns back to the group when it is finished and says, "This one has no issues with traveling for five hours."

Be excellent to each other, and roll for initiative dudes!
Malkador watches as the bodies burn, moving to return to his spot on the wagon, readying his bow once more. "We should move along as soon as possible."
Van Staer looks at the rotting sack of flesh and bone, shuddering, And comes to a sinking realization - Are there enough trees in this forest to provide pyres for all the zombies in it?
We had best keep going...He resumes his post in front of the horses...
ST4-B13 also moves up to the front of the horses getting into lockstep with Van Staer. A few minutes into starting up travel again, ST4-B13 asks, "Van Steer, why did you burn the bodies of the slain? Would it have not saved time, energy, and be more efficient to just leave them?"

I was wanting to make certain they stayed dead this time. I guess we will have to be content with bashing in their skulls... I know it's less than ideal, however we should try and find the source of the undead menace. Probably the castle we are headed for is a place to start looking. Speaking of which... is it just me or are these woods a little too quiet?
ST4-B13 nods at Van Stear's explanation, "Understood. This one will add beheading to its combat functions. Is this ones new purpose to find the source of the undead?" ST4-B13's too focused on discerning its purpose to watch the mist and woods.

"... I didn't realize this was one o' them cults. Last I checked, there was no rule against wondering where we're going." Rothir is now definitely unsettled.
Sighs...Sorry folks. Let's keep going on this road until we come to a place where we can park the caravan for awhile? Bring it forward some more...
Van Saer resumes his pattern of moving forwards in 50 foot increments, stopping for a listen, and then waving the others forwards. If the mist is getting thicker then the distance he moves forwards reduces to match the visibility...
Keteria wryly chuckles, "Heh, no, not a cult. But the moment we agreed to help these people, indeed the moment we chose to seek a peaceful resolution between them and Lady Morwen, we had less choice in where we would go. In the end, does it matter where we go, so long as we serve our duty?"
I am but a humble acolyte of Helm and not overly knowledgeable in the ways of the world, however, just a guess, mind you, that ridding this land of it's undead blight could be worth a few trinkets and shiny beads.
Van Saer moves on down a bit more, pausing for another listen...

Let's keep going then...Another 5 hours...

As you walk down the road, a single zombie shambles out of the dead forest. Stanimir's son dispatches it quite quickly.

Quite ironically, just as he says this, a zombie stumbles out of the forest surrounding you. Stranimir's daughter quickly dispatches it.

Let's keep going forwards then, if we are all ready? He moves forwards 50, stopping and listening...

Keteria grips her sword with stern preparedness as she scans the mists and trees they are moving through for threats.

"No one seems alarmed all these zombies are here. Where are we going exactly?" Rothir looks alarmed and confused, but not unsettled.

Keteria grunts, "Our part is to serve, to overcome whatever obstacle presents itself, or to die in the attempt; not to wonder why."
