Misha looks at Prim and then to Bek, “Yep! Bek joined us. He surrendered. Turns out that he has not been getting fed. I felt terrible and convinced the others not to hurt him. In return he showed us the way here and helped us out.”
Misha follows Bek, ”C’mon Leokoris and Skorli! Let’s go!”
As you turn the corner, you see the four hobgoblin generals fighting off two large dog-like fiends. Behind them are two bugbears guarding the warlord. Bouncing around like a jumping bean is a little goblin dressed as a clown.
Bek turns to you and says, "Let's do this!" then transforms into another large dog-like fiend and races towards the warlord and his bugbear bodyguards.
(If the warlord is wearing metal armor) Skorli will touch his holy symbol, calling divine mana to cause the warlord's armor to start glowing red. (heat metal) 10Firedamage.
(If the warlord is not wearing metal armor) Skorli will again cast Bless on some of his party (himself, Leokoris, Misha).
”Magus manipulate!” Misha claps her hands together and thrust them outward. A purplish hand flies towards one of the hobgoblin bodyguards that is fighting the dog. Misha maneuvers the mage hand behind and pokes the hobgoblin in the back distracting him and giving advantage to the dog on it’s next attack.
The warlord removes his armor as quickly as possible, reducing his AC. The dog fiend who was Bek lunges for the warlord's throat and nearly rips his arm off at the shoulder.
One of the other dog fiends is able to wound one of the hobgoblin generals.
MIsha, give me a wisdom save (DC 12) or take 6 hp psychic damage as the goblin dressed as a clown calls you a short, little mage with no good hands.
(let me know if it's obvious to Prim -presumably necromancy might give her some insight- as to who's dead by her turn so she doesn't blast a corpse. And who's within a 10 ft radius of the warlord. Thanks)
(Not sure if you meant Hobgoblin or Bugbear general, since the Hob leaders was stripping armor, if the warlord is alive, he's the target, otherwise bugbear)
Casting Toll the dead. Ok, it rolled a D8 for 6 when it's supposed to roll d12 for injured, but the d12 rolled a 1. Your call.
Rhi and Leokoris, I need charisma saves from both/each of you.
The bugbear bodyguards go after the barghest who was Bek while the hobgoblin generals deal with the other two dog fiends. The warlord is struggling to get his armor off. Meanwhile, the nilbog clown has turned its attention to Rhi and Leokoris.

Initiative: 14
Initiative 4
Let's go and follow Bek...no more sneaking, the gobbies all look a little busy =)
Leokorlis wipes down her axe as best she can and hustles after Bek and the other wee folk.
"So... we're followin' goblins now?" sighs Skorli, as he hustles to keep up with Misha and her friends. "What is ta world comin' to?"
Initiative 16

Initiative order: Hobgoblin generals, Skorli, Misha, warlord, barghest, nilbog, Leokoris, Prim, bugbears.
Skorli, you're up.
(Has the one-minute duration of bless passed?)
(If the warlord is wearing metal armor) Skorli will touch his holy symbol, calling divine mana to cause the warlord's armor to start glowing red. (heat metal) 10 Fire damage.
(If the warlord is not wearing metal armor) Skorli will again cast Bless on some of his party (himself, Leokoris, Misha).
Okay. Skorli's bless spell is still in effect. The warlord's armor begins glowing.
Misha, your turn.
(While Prim is waiting she judges the distance to the warlord. Over 60 ft or not?)
(Not, Prim. The warlord is probably 30 feet from you, give or take 10 feet; so, between 20 and 40 feet.)
(Thanks, Prim watches to see if the warlord takes damage while she preps spells)
(The Bless spell ends concentration when the Heat Metal spell begins).

Leokoris, your turn, then Prim.
Wisdom save: 19

Observe and asses
Bugbear general - prime target, doffing armour, being entertained by fiendish dogs...
Goblin in clown suit - magic user, active, currently annoying Misha....
Decide and act
First the clown, then the bugbear
Having made her decision in 2 heartbeats Leokorlis moves forwards to chop the clown...
Attack: 7 Damage: 12
Initiative: 24 - Rolled on sheet.
Rhi rushes up to the clown as well and slashes with his spear. (ooc: accidentally rolled shortbow, but its a spear attack.)
Then he releases his ki and attacks with a flurry of blows. (-1 ki. Rolls on sheet.)
Your call.
(Getting into and out of armor is not a single action...)

Getting Into and Out of Armor
The time it takes to don or doff a type of armor or a shield is shown in the Donning and Doffing Armor table.
Don. This is the time it takes to put on the item. You benefit from its AC only if you take the full time to don it.
Doff. This is the time it takes to take off the item. If you have help removing armor, reduce this time by half.
(Thanks, rob88scps2.)
Skorli, then Misha.
(Bonus Action) Maintaining his concentration on the heat metal spell, Skorli turns up the heat on the warlord, for another 8 fire damage.
(Action) He will follow with the Toll the Dead chant, again directed at the warlord (DC 14 WIS save else 16 necrotic damage)
