Misha heats things up some more for him, and now the warlord is frantically trying to rid himself of his plate armor, having already dropped his shield.
The barghests have the bugbears and hobgoblin generals occupied.
Leokoris is charmed by the clown and begins praising its silly antics. She can take no other actions this round. Seeing this, the nilbog concentrates his focus on the soldier and casts Tasha's Hideous Laughter. Leokoris, you need to make a DC 12 Wisdom save or fall prone and be incapacitated.
”Oh! That sounds ethical for sure! I’ll pass for now! I’ll need to think about that. Thankfully, I’m not hurt yet!” Misha yells over the din of combat to Prim
Ten feet from the warlord includes the two bugbears and the barghest who was Bek. The generals and other barghests are close but not within ten feet.
Within ten feet of Misha, I'm not sure; possibly you are, Prim, and Skorli. I'm not sure where Leokoris and Rhi are; somewhere nearby playing with the nilbog clown, I suppose.
(Looks like It's Prims turn so Wither & Bloom on the warlord (WL) & bug bears (BBs), & give the healing to Bek)
With a consonant-heavy spell, dark tendrils fly from her umbrella to the WL & BBs, who look pained taking 7 hp each. Then the now lighter Grey tendrils pour healing into Bek.
(Does "Grim Harvest grant bonus hp if the necromancer hasn't been injured and one of them dies?)
(I don't think Grim Harvest grants bonus HP, Arthuropodd. As I read it, you regain HP lost in battle.)
The warlord and bugbears take damage from the dark tendrils. Bek looks better at first, but then gets thwacked by the bugbears.
Rhi, if you were charmed by the nilbog, the charm wears off after this turn.
The hobgoblin generals to your left knock unconscious the barghest they were fighting and begin coming toward you. The other hobgoblin generals still have their hands full.
(That's ok, I figured it was a long shot. Do the generals coming toward us have a lot of wounds? Can Prim guess how bad off they are (1/2 hp? More/less?). And are they coming toward you plural, ie the party, or you singular, ie me?)
The hobgoblin generals coming towards the party look like they are ready for a fight. However, the warlord looks just about cooked and ready for the barghests to eat his soul after Skorli's latest attack.
Misha pulls out a thin piece of thread and rolls it up into a tiny ball and then stretches it out, using her fingers to trace an outline of a lion in front of the generals to startle them for Leokoris (advantage on her next attack)
After shaking free from being charmed, Rhi once again Strikes with his spear followed by an unarmed strike. If the strike lands he sends a jolt of necrosis into the clown. (all rolled on sheet. Rolled 4 on Hand of Harm additional damage so thats 8 additional if the hit landed otherwise no ki used.)

Okay. Things are heating up for the warlord.
Misha, your turn.
Leokoris and Rhi, I need charisma saves from you two.
Misha sees the warlord sweating underneath all that heated armor and decides to really sauna it up and hurl a firebolt.
Attack: 18 Damage: 5
CHR 11

Prim, it's your turn.
(Thinking of casting "Wither & Bloom")
Which enemies & allies are within 10 ft of the warlord?
Which enemies are within 10 ft of Misha?
Including off center that puts the warlord or Misha at the edge. Trying to maximize enemies in area)
Prim shouts "Does anyone object to necromantic healing?"
“Necromantic healing? What’s that?” Misha yells back at Prim. “I’ll try some! Does it hurt?”
"Transfer their life force (ooc-ie. HP) from them to you. It shouldn't hurt you, but some have ethical objections."

Here is a map showing what I imagine the area you are in looks like: https://inkarnate.com/m/N3X6EG--goblinoid-army-camp-battleground/
The warlord is just below the second and third white tents at the top. I will try to get a map with some figures of the monsters on it.
No way - that clown can't possibly be hiding a snot rag that long up it's sleeve...
Wis 15
and that lapel pin! It's ...It's a ...It's a ha ha ha ha haha...........

Rhi, if you were charmed by the nilbog, the charm wears off after this turn.
The hobgoblin generals to your left knock unconscious the barghest they were fighting and begin coming toward you. The other hobgoblin generals still have their hands full.
Skorli, your turn, then Misha.
(That's ok, I figured it was a long shot. Do the generals coming toward us have a lot of wounds? Can Prim guess how bad off they are (1/2 hp? More/less?). And are they coming toward you plural, ie the party, or you singular, ie me?)
Skorli will repeat his actions of the former turn:
(Bonus Action) Maintaining his concentration on the heat metal spell, Skorli keeps the heat on the warlord, for another 15 fire damage.
(Action) He will follow with the Toll the Dead chant, again directed at the warlord (DC 14 WIS save else 14 necrotic damage)
The hobgoblin generals coming towards the party look like they are ready for a fight. However, the warlord looks just about cooked and ready for the barghests to eat his soul after Skorli's latest attack.
Misha, your turn.
Misha pulls out a thin piece of thread and rolls it up into a tiny ball and then stretches it out, using her fingers to trace an outline of a lion in front of the generals to startle them for Leokoris (advantage on her next attack)
(Prim is keeping track of who's in 10 ft of the approaching hobgobs, including are they 10 ft from each other)
After shaking free from being charmed, Rhi once again Strikes with his spear followed by an unarmed strike. If the strike lands he sends a jolt of necrosis into the clown. (all rolled on sheet. Rolled 4 on Hand of Harm additional damage so thats 8 additional if the hit landed otherwise no ki used.)
