It becomes chaotic. Tiny runs around in circles grunting in panic.

Matilda charges, sticking Bavlorna twice with her knife. You can see her ooze a yellowish blood, but she seems mostly unfazed by the injury.

Ben tries to tear Titaani from Bavlorna's massively-enlarged gullet, and just manages to succeed in pulling Titaani's unconscious body out of her mouth before she is swallowed whole. 

"GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!"  booms the hag. 

The hag emits a withering ray of blackness at Matilda: 8 Hit: 23 necrotic damage.

The little lornling pulls out a tiny knife and, leaping off Bavlorna's shoulder with lightning speed, repeatedly tries to stick it in Ben:
Dagger Attack #1 vs. Ben: 17   Hit: 10 piercing damage.
Dagger Attack #2 vs. Ben: 21   Hit: 10 piercing damage.
Dagger Attack #3 vs. Ben: 22   Hit: 9 piercing damage.

Horatio begins to pound on the hag mercilessly. Her skin begins to bruise and crack.

Titaani may make a death save.

Matilda and Ben are up next!

Matilda continues slashing, " Take Titaani and run! ", She yells to the bigguns.

Attack: 12 Damage: 6

( Uh...shouldn't have fixed the spelling...)

Death save: 9

(this is terrifying) 

Ben:

Going down after the second hit, the third strike on Ben opens up a spurt of blood that fountains as the stonecutter goes down hard, already defenseless.

1 failed death save from damage

Second Death Save:  19

(( If we survive to my turn and I'm allowed to... ))

Horatio, panic in his eyes, kneels down and grabs the scruff of Ben and Titaani's collars. "We all go together, now grab the goose and come on!" He turns and runs out to the balcony... and jumps.

Bavlorna's maw opens up once again.
Bite Attack vs. Matilda: 18. Hit: 17 piercing damage and Matilda is grappled.

The black rays turn on Horatio next, even as he tries to grab Ben and Matilda and make a break for the balcony.
Withering Ray Attack: 16. Hit: 18 necrotic damage.

Horatio, badly seared by the ray, with Ben under one arm and Titaani under the other, smashes through the balcony door and crashes straight through the flimsy balcony railing. 

He falls helplessly through fog and vapor before splashing into deep (at least 20' deep) and swampy pond water.

Horatio comes to the surface, still gripping Ben and Titaani's unconscious bodies.

A moment passes, and then Matilda's body comes flying through the fog and splashing into the pond nearby. She, too, is unconscious.

Finally, Tiny comes down, spinning end over end, until he lands with an enormous splash. He paddles in circles, grunting in pain and panic.

An unseen voice booms through the fog above "...AND STAY OUT!"

No damage was incurred by the fall into the water, but Titaani, Matilda, and Ben must make another death save.

Tiny manages to get Titaani up onto his back (and will Help in any medicine checks to stabilize Titaani.)

Horatio may act again. He is about 15 feet from the nearest stilts, and 60 feet from the ladder and boat.

Ben:

Falling limply through the air, Ben feels nothing—not even the hard slap of the water upon impact.  Too far gone for it to shock him awake, the dying man bleeds some more…

Death Save. 14

Horatio, arms straining and heart pounding, cries out to the others as he swims to the nearest flat dry spot, "You can't do this! You can't leave me! Not here... I'm not losing another family, not here!" Seeing Tiny with Titaani, he cries out, "Good! You have her, come with me, we have to get out of here!" As soon as he is able, he will try to stabilize Ben. (( Medicine check = 14 ))

Titaani second death save: 14

Matilda floats face down in the water, tiny and frail looking....

Tiny: (wounded but up and treading water; holding Titaani and Helping with any stabilization attempts with her.)

Using Tiny as the most stable surface nearby, Horatio is able to bind Ben's wounds and stop the bleeding from where the little lornling stabbed him. The nearest place to exit the water is the base at the bottom of the stairs to the cottage, which Horatio can't even see in the fog. (He can just make out the nearest stilts, and a vague dark shape in the fog above, where the cottage is suspended.)

Titaani and Matilda should make another death save. 
Horatio may then act again.

Horatio hears the sounds of a boat approaching in the fog.

Titaani must make another death save.

Still clutching Ben's body, Horatio tries to make his way over to Matilda through the deep, swampy water.

A boat begins to emerge through the fog. A small misshapen figure with oversized head and hands is rowing it awkwardly, using a single oar much too big for it.

"Here!" Horatio yells, "For pity' sake, save my friends, please!"
