Titaani watches curiously, before stepping a little closer. She looks to Ben for direction, but it's clear that she wants to take the mushrooms up on their offer.

Horatio looks at the mushrooms with a mixture of fascination and concern. "Umm... maybe we shouldn't interrupt their fun? I mean, we don't really have a lot of time and they seem to be... busy...?"
Ben quickly concludes that these mushrooms appear quite friendly and nonhostile. "Looking!" they sing in Sylvan, imitating Ben's voice. "Looking! Looking!"They begin to dance again.
They continue to pantomime, urging you all to join them in their singing and dancing.
”Oh, they don’t mean any harm. Go, dance for awhile and forget your troubles. I’ll keep a watch out for any external threats,” says Ben. The nearly-forgotten carnival wings on his back flash with a bit of color as he considers dancing himself, then dim back to their normal faded hue when he decides to be the responsible one…

Matilda and Titaani step into the ring and join the fun. And fun it is – the strange speckled mushrooms are clearly delighted to have guests in their dance and song.
"Looking!" they sing. "Forget your troubles! Forget your troubles!"
(Matilda and Titaani should each make a Performance check to see how they perform.)
Horatio, seeing his friends lured in so easily - like we all were at the carnival - steps back and away from the others. He looks around for anything he can use to save his friends if... when... things go badly.
The little campestris are delighted with their new companions, and are especially wowed by Titaani. (Titaani gains the benefit of a true seeing spell that will last for the next 24 hours.) Their strange song and dance antics finally come to an end.
Bowing respectfully to the assembled fey, Ben sighs and moves on, still wondering why he felt obligated to not join in. Maybe it has something to do with what he lost so long ago at the carnival...

Our adventurers explore deeper into the forests of Thither. The trees tower above them, their leaves shimmering in shades of gold and silver in the soft twilight light. The air is filled with the sound of chirping birds and the gentle rustling of leaves.
The trees, twisted and gnarled, are surrounded by the soft, ethereal glow of the Feywild. Fat fireflies buzz through the underbrush, adding to the dreamlike atmosphere. The bits of sky visible overhead are a wash of faded colors, as if the sun has just set (or risen) and is casting a dusky, hazy light over the landscape.
As you continue down the trail, the trees become thicker and the air grows colder. The sounds of the forest become more eerie, with the occasional howl or cackle from unseen creatures. The brambles that line the trail are sharp and treacherous, and the air is heavy with the smell of decay in these dark, tangled woods.
Titaani notices a trail of monstrous claw prints on the forest floor, crossing the path. Whatever creature left the trail was clearly enormous, as each print spans three feet from heel to toe.
Moving on, the forest lightens up a bit. The trees begin to thin out, allowing more sunlight to filter through the branches. The air is still cool, but the eerie sounds of the forest have subsided, replaced by the cheerful chirping of birds and the rustling of leaves in the gentle breeze. The brambles along the trail have become less dense, making it easier to navigate. The ground is soft and mossy underfoot, and the sweet, earthy scent of the forest fills the air. The trees here are tall and graceful, with delicate, shimmering leaves that catch the soft light of the forest. Wildflowers bloom in patches of sunlight, adding splashes of color to the green and gold of the woods. The forest floor is carpeted in a thick layer of leaves and twigs, and the occasional animal scurries through the underbrush.
Up ahead, a small group of children frolics around a leafy oak tree, their gleeful yelps carrying through the forest. Painted swings dangle from the tree’s branches. Nestled in its crown is a ramshackle treehouse.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ben:
Walking carefully to the edge of the clearing with his hands empty and palms facing forward in what he hopes is a non-threatening manner, Ben says, “Greetings, my companions and I would like to enter Little Oak’s glade and speak with the lost children here.”
Persuasion: 11

Matilda grabs Titaanis hand and jumps in....
(Singing? Dancing? Or both?)
( Dancing...Matilda does not have any vocal skills)

As the dance comes to an end Matilda collapses in a giggling heap with Titaani...
Does the party have any further business here, before you move on?

Matilda stayed where she was waiting for one of the adults to make the first move, she'd pushed her luck far enough for today.
