Titaani, upon listening to Matilda, and realising that she has no idea where Tiny is, bursts into tears. She hugs Matilda tightly, afraid that she'll disappear if she lets go.
"I'm so sorry..." she says through muffled sobs. "I wish I could have done more..."

Matilda gave a tiny grin through tears, " You were a snail...."
" Tiny disappeared....I'm sure he'll come back.", she said reassuringly.
She turned to look at Pud, " You only just escaped are you sure you want to risk being captured again so soon?"
Pud slumps his shoulders and shrugs. His false bravado has faded. ”I dunno. I just…feel bad about your friends. Granny does some weird stuff. Some messed up stuff. I guess I just got numb to it after all this time. Then dumb Brottor ate something bad and got sick. I couldn’t fix him. Granny wouldn’t fix him. Then you guys come along, complete strangers and you saved him.”
As Pud speaks he has a thousand yard stare in his eyes. Focused on something out of reach, just beyond the horizon. “ I don’t wanna go back. But I gotta. I kinda owe it you guys. I owe it to myself…”

Will seems torn. "I dunno. I kinda need to stay and guard all the kids. Little Oak is strong but... Maybe Squirt can help you?"
"Yes!" shouts the levitating oilcan, appearing suddenly out of the old tree. "No use sitting about getting rusty when there’s fun to be had. Let’s party! We going to Yon?”
"Not yet..." responds Will.
"I will stay and guard the children," offers Elkhorn.
"Fine," answers Will. "If he stays, I'll go with you."

Ben and Horatio remain unconscious, dreaming of home.
There it is, beside the bed--his traveling pack! How many times since he left home did he wish he had it with him, his stout chainmail, his trusty shield and war pick, relics from the early days when everything seemed possible, when the sunshine of Sune's beauty flashed from a young lady's smile. How many blows would that mail have averted? How many true strikes might his pick have wrought against the worthy foe, if he had only had it with him?
Still, he did okay, didn't he? Surely the kids must have been rescued, right?*Snake fangs flashing, soldier's metal fists raining down* At least I died trying to help those less fortunate, free those held captive. His life must have meant something.......
But the small bedroom off his workshop remained stubbornly before the eyes of his soul, no shimmering afterlife in sight. Sighing, he sits down on the side of the bed and wonders what comes next.

Titaani continues hugging Matilda, only now Matilda can hear her muttering something in gnomish.
Titaani is speaking to Tiny, as her desperation and sadness somehow manages to carry her voice to her familiar across the Feywild. "Tiny...I need you...Please, come back...I miss you..."
She continues to babble gnomish for an hour, regardless of whether or not Matilda continues hugging her. Eventually, Tiny appears with a puff of purple smoke. This time, Tiny's entire fur coat seems to shimmer with magical energy, as he bounds up to his master excitedly.

The swift smack from Matilda snaps Pud out of it. He shoots her a bashful smile. “Anyways…I ummm…I’m in. I wanna help.”
He spots Titaani and he can’t help but smile seeing her reunion with Tiny. His sidekick, Rizzo, flutters over to them and playfully darts around them as hummingbirds do. Pud mills around and rests for the time being. Anyone who might be watching him would see him futzing around with a small glass vial filled with a fizzing, bubbly blue liquid. This concoction has been brewing for most of the day and Pud’s grin would indicate that it’s just about ready.

Everyone may receive the benefits of a short rest as Titaani calls Tiny back.
The new party emerges. Elkhorn will stay behind with Little Oak and watch the children, with the exception of Pud, who will join your new party, together with Will and Spurt, Titaani, Tiny, and Matilda. (Matilda's owlbear friend disappeared into the forest shortly before she had returned to the glade and is nowhere to be found at the moment.) (Did I forget anybody?)
Matilda, Titaani, and Pud: what are your next plans? Having rescued the kids, Will seems out of ideas.
Matilda is secretly glad that the owlbear is gone, she had the feeling the great beast was just indulging her and wasn't really under any sort of control. He was better off in the wild than around a bunch of snack sized kids.
Regarding the ' Rescue the Rescuers' mission she had no idea and turned to the oldest in the group Titaani.
Titaani cheers up significantly at Tiny's arrival. She puts her head to his and smiles, seemingly having a conversation with him that only they can hear. After a little while, Tiny gently leads her to the others.
"Tiny told me everything," Titaani says, wiping away her tears. "And he said we need to make a plan to get the others back."
"With these, breaking in would be easy," Titaani says, holding up her gloved hands, completely forgetting her gloves are invisible. "It's getting out that's the problem."

"Granny might throw your friends in that cell in the kitchen. That's where she keeps her reeeeally important prisoners. She'd prolly throw Will in there if she catches him. But they'll prolly expect you guys trying to bust him out...especially since you got that dwarf outta there."
Pud looks nervously at the group before continuing.
"If..if I get close enough I can try talking to them with a little magic* trick I know. I don't even gotta be in the same room. This way we know for sure before we sneak in there."
"There's something in that oven," offers Will. "Mishka says you can see eyes inside the flames."
"She also says that after her inspections, Granny always miniaturizes herself and then sleeps inside her dollhouse. What if we waited until she went to bed, then chucked her dollhouse in th' swamp? Or th' oven?"
"As much as that is a good idea," Titaani replies with a hint of anxiety. "Do you think Ben and Horatio will still be ok if we wait? Maybe I can disguise myself, or...or turn Matilda invisible, or something, and sneak in now."

(A funny thing about the feywild is that there is no night and day, or even a concept of "time of day". While some denizens have mechanical and magical ways of marking time, the inhabitants of the fey tend to follow their own rhythms.
DMG: "It is a realm of everlasting twilight, with glittering faerie lights bobbing in the gentle breeze and fat fireflies buzzing through groves and fields. The sky is alight with the faded colors of an ever-setting sun, which never truly sets (or rises for that matter); it remains stationary, dusky and low in the sky."
Nevertheless, having just left Granny's clutches, Pud knows that she has a pretty predictable schedule. And he expects that she will likely withdraw to her bedroom – upstairs, north of the kitchen – in the next couple of hours.)
