Titaani lies on her side, clutching her crystal even in her sleep. She too has vivid dreams...
Titaani finds herself in a crowded room, filled with strange, tall people. She tries to push past them, eventually emerging onto a balcony. Before her, she sees the whole of the Feywild - an expanse of twilight lit forests, mountains and rivers. The view takes the little gnome's breath away.
But she is not alone on this balcony. Beside her is a beautiful woman, with honey coloured skin and golden eyes, and glittering gossamer wings. Her laughter rings like bells as she speaks to a man beside her.
"Titania..." Titaani tries to call to her, but the archfey doesn't seem to hear her. "Titania!"
Titaani runs up to the queen and pulls on the fabric of her dress desperately. "Please! You have to help us! I was just in a mine, but then something happened...we could be in serious danger!"
Still no response, only more laughter from the fey queen. "Do.." Titaani looks up at her patron, and wipes away her tears. "Do you even care about me?"
"Do you even care about us?" Titaani spins around to find she is in her home. Her moms stand before her, sad and forlorn. "Leaving us with no thought about how worried we'd be about you?"
"Or us?" No longer in her home, Titaani finds herself at the banks of a raging river. Two watery forms emerge from the rapids, walking toward the gnome. "Have you forgotten about us, daughter?"
"N-no-no I-" Titaani stutters, clutching at her crystal. "I don't-I need-I need to wake up!"
Ben: make a Persuasion check. The rest of the party remains deeply asleep.
"My name is Molliver," responds the leathered human. She toys with her dagger as she sizes up Ben. "So you're not aligned with Creeping Lyn? What of your relationship with the korreds?"
Ben notices two more brigganocks hiding on Molliver’s person—one tucked comfortably in a belt pouch and the other peering over the rim of Molliver’s left boot.
"Golmo's not here," she continues. "Creeping Lyn kidnapped him. I presume he's in Motherhorn."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ben:
"Greetings, Molliver, it is a pleasure to meet you," says Ben simply.
"We have not met the korreds yet, though I saw their statues outside. We are indeed not allied with any of the hags--we managed to drive Nightshade from her log home, rescue the enslaved children, and torch the remains. We were not so fortunate with Bavlorna--she drove us from her swamp dwelling and we barely escaped with our lives," answers Ben.
"We rescued Elidon, but Nightshade had transformed him into a rocking horse and stolen his horn to imprison Queen Zyblina. We are quite underequipped, so we were hoping we could make proper arms and armor to fight the final hag Endelyn. With Golmo being kidnapped, that's just one more person we need to rescue, assuming we are well-enough prepared," he finishes.

"Golmo is the brigganocks’ best architect. I assume he's now being forced to design new contraptions for the hag. But the korreds provide Creeping Lyn with locks of their magic hair, which she uses to build her contraptions."
She whispers to the three brigganocks, who proceed to climb off her and wake the sleeping party members. (You all awaken from your magical slumber.)
"I know this one," she says, pointing to Elkhorn with her boot.
"Hello, Molliver," replies Elkhorn, rubbing the dirt off his face.
"We were both members of Valor’s Call, hunting that pack of villains known as the League of Malevolence. At least until we were scattered."
Pud awakens slowly and rubs away the crust from his eyes. “Ugh…that was a horrible nap…” He snaps out of it once he see’s that they have visitors. He eyes his friends, listens to the conversations and relaxes a bit when it’s obvious that they are amongst potential allies.
He considers Matilda’s suggestion of going after the League of Malevolence and thinks to himself that this might be a good idea, but he keeps that to himself for the time being.
Pud looks to Molliver “Hello there, my name is Pud! Nice to meet you and your little friends. I don’t know how long I was asleep and how much I missed, but I assume you’ve been told of our quest? We’re kinda up against a lot here and we could use some help.
My friend, Horatio here, would like to help us by making some armor and weapons. But we need a forge. Could we, maybe if it’s okay with you, use the forge here to outfit our group?”

"Use Golmo's forge? It might be a bit small for you, but..." She turns and confers quietly with the brigganock on her shoulder.
"Trig says that if you can complete a test set before you, the brigganocks will let you use Golmo's forge, and also show you a secret route to Motherhorn. To pass the test, you must cross Rivenwish Chasm, a gash in the earth into which the brigganocks hurl malignant wish stones – the ones born out of evil wishes."
"Why would you seek to test us? And why with something that sounds so dangerous?" Horatio shakes his head, then looks to the others. "I truly do not need someone else' forge. Between Ben and I we can create one here in the mountains. I have the metal, and there is plenty of soil, stone, and wood. We only need to invest time. No need for us to risk our lives yet again so soon." He eyes Molliver sideways as he speaks, his tone untrusting and protective.
"I just had the worst dream ever..." Titaani mutters, waking up. Quietly listening to everyone, she eventually addresses Molliver, her tone soft and melancholic. "I'm sorry, but I agree with Horatio. I can't believe I'm saying this, but...we really can't afford any unnecessary risks."

"I'm with my friends. Why would you wanna test us, especially after all that we've been through? We know we have big fight up ahead. All we wanna do is prepare for it. We're not asking to use any of your resources, we just wanna save some time by using the forge."
He turns and looks at his friends. "Sorry. This was a bad idea."

Matilda put on her determined face, " Yeah....I mean I'm happy to jump over a crack...I'm pretty spry but I don't think we should HAVE to...I mean we are asking for shelter here...doesn't that mean you have to make us welcome? Someone said that."
Molliver shrugs. "That's what Trig wants. I just protect the brigganocks. And I'm sort of their spokesperson, I guess."
"Where's th' others? Where is the rest of Valor's Call?" interrupts Elkhorn, concern in his old voice. "Was everyone just... scattered?"
"Still at Zybilna’s palace, I assume. I haven't seen them in some time," Molliver responds. She turns back to the group. "If you want the support of the brigganocks, Trig has told you his price: cross Rivenwish Chasm. Otherwise, you are free to leave, or you may shelter in the mouth by the statues, of course." Then she adds, "Sorry, Elkhorn."
Matilda looks at the others, " Let me do the chasm thing, you might be able to find a way to forge these wishes into what you make....that could be useful...I'll be fine."
" Ok, lead the way. Titaani your with me for moral support....and possibly magical help."
Wagging his finger at her, Ben says, “Not without some adult supervision.” Breaking not a smile, he offer her his arm and asks, “Which way to the crack?”

”Thank you, Molliver,” replies Ben. “The League of Malevolence—I’ve heard of them. That assassin who tried to kill Lamorna was a member.”
Relieved that their host seemed to accept his explanation, Ben relaxes a bit and listens for his friends’ reactions to the situation.

Matilda turns a faux-guilty look in Horatios direction, " I'll be fine. Start setting up."
