Titaani successfully transforms into a bullywug knight – a frog-headed humanoid – albeit a rather small one, less than five feet tall and covered in purple splotches.
Morgort winces a little and shakes her head uncertainly, squinting at Titaani. "I suppose that'd do... you're a little small, and the spots are kinda weird..."
Pud steps up beside Morgort. And tilts his head as he reappraises Titaani's disguise.
"I dunno. I think the purple spots look good. Very regal. Royals like purple, don't they?
Don't worry, Morgort. We just gotta get in close and then we'll figure stuff out. I'll make you invisible once we get on our way. If you can get into that balloon and fire it up, we'll hop in and float on outta here..."
Pud pauses and looks at the rest of the crew.
"That's the plan, right?"

"Thankyou, Pud!" Titaani chirped, her smile, which had disappeared at Morgort's critique, returning full force. "Yes! That's the plan! And you'll make an excellent squire, Ben! Your first order of business? Helping me onto your horse. I'm a little too short to do it myself."
Unless you have further business first, you begin to act upon your plan.
Gerrard coaxes Morning Star back into the swampy lake, a nervous three-quarter-sized purple-spotted bullywug knight perched upon its back. A full-sized, and equally-nervous bullywug knight joins her, gracefully treading water next to the horse. The rest of you also prepare for the long swim to shore, and Pud prepares to cast his spell as well.
Where do you intend to land? Morgort is familiar enough with these foggy waters to navigate you without a roll to wherever you want to go next.
The group begins a slow swim across the fetid waters of the lake, Sir Polliwog (Titaani) perched awkwardly atop a swimming Morning Star. At one point, a small rowboat passes, filled with three young bullywugs. They giggle and point before moving on. Morgort dives underwater and remains there.
You eventually make your way through a field of massive lily pads to a ramshackle set of wooden piers, to which a pair of rowboats are tied up.
Looming above is a balloon anchored by four thick ropes tied around wooden posts driven deep into the mire. The balloon’s bladder expands and sags at irregular intervals as swamp gas fills it briefly before leaking out through various tears in its patchwork fabric. A bullywug stands near the top of a ladders and is using a long silver needle and a spool of catgut to sew up one of the openings. A second bullywug stands at the foot of the ladder to steady it. Huddled nearby are three giant frogs whose long tongues snap up passing insects. A pair of royal-looking guards are keeping watch. One of the guards has a crocodile on a leash. The other guard looks up at the approaching party and points at you.
(Was Ben still going to peel off to the north with his horse? Was Pud still going to make Morgort invisible? She is currently still hiding underwater.)
One of the royal guards approaches the dock where the party is busy trying to pull themselves out of the muddy lake. (Morgort remains underwater, burying herself in the muck.)
"Hey! Can't land here. King's orders. The saboteur escaped. The other balloon's still missing," the guard exclaims. "Gotta go around." He points to your right, toward the burned-down factory. "See the King if ye' got questions." They eye Sir Polliwog/Titaani curiously as she sits on her swimming mount.
"Ah! That, my good sir, is where you are wrong!" Titaani springs into action, jumping off the horse and strolling confidently up to the gaurds. "I, Sir Polliwog Tadpole the third have located the missing balloon! It is stuck on a tower. The interlopers, on the other hand, are no where to be found. So our great and magnificent king has ordered me to board this vessel," she gestures towards the balloon, "- And search for them with the help of my squires and servants here."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"A writ?" Titaani stumbles a little, her confidence wavering at this new development. Pud's encouragement, however, spurs her on. "Ah yes! Worry not, that hole is no problem! Here, please allow my servant here onto the balloon to mend it while I fetch this writ from my companions. I try to avoid carrying anything myself."
Turning back to the others, Titaani whispers: "What does a writ look like? What should it say? Do you think he'll want to touch it?"
Handing Titaani the fly-themed broach he got last time he was here, Ben says, “Use this as an indication of the King’s favor. For a writ, I have no idea how to create one quickly, but a rolled up parchment might withstand external inspection.”

”I’m sure I could convince Morning Star to convey you to the balloon in honor, assuming we can dry out a bit so we don’t look so ragged,” offers Ben.

I believe we are going towards the balloon?

Matilda stays quiet.....she's fairly sure as a knights guard she shouldn't be talking.

"Yeah, I'll need a writ for that," responds the guard, matter-of-factly. "Besides – it's got a hole in it, remember?"
"It'll still fly," whispers an invisible Morgort in Titaani's ear.
Pud glances side eye at Titaani. He takes a slow deep breath, bends down on one knee and bows his head low.
“M’lord, Sir Pollywog Tadpole the Third. I know my magics have failed you in the past. Let me prove my worth to you and our great king.
Allow me to use my arcane gift to mend this balloon so that you may use it to hunt down the interlopers, as ordered by his majesty’s royal decree.”
