Pud and Will float ever nearer the giant log. Tiny, on foot, reaches it ahead of you. He becomes visible for a moment, glancing between the log, the water, and Will and Pud, uncertainly.
You can also see the rocking horse behind a massive bough that had blocked your view, together with a substantial tree that moves unnaturally. Pud: Make a stealth check!
Once Pud see's Granny's steed, he will dog paddle over to the shore and cling to the edge. He will stay low with his head tilted back, nose and mouth barely above the water level. Pud knows the kitchen is just beyond the wall so he will cast the cantrip message to try and communicate with Ben or Horatio.
He winces his eyes, points a finger towards the kitchen, muttering the incantation for the cantrip and reaches out to Horatio. "Horatio...this is Pud. Are you there? We're tryna bust you out!"
IF he can't make a connection with Horatio, he will try to reach out to Ben with the same message on his next turn.

Pud gets no response from Ben. Their party continues to drift toward the log unnoticed. Tiny gingerly jumps in, and begins to swim under the dark log, his head barely visible in the gap above the water. Behind him, Pud and Will have just about reached the near edge of the log.
Group 1:
Titaani faces a sleeping little dragon. (Roll Stealth to proceed inside!) The door north into some sort of study is ajar, as was the exterior door. The door south is closed.
The remaining redcap, infuriated, charges Matilda before she can deliver another stab (I'll save those rolls). Ironbound Pursuit: The redcap charges Matilda and attempts to kick her with its iron boots. Matilda: Make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or take 23 bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.
Everyone may act. (Matilda should first make the Dex Save; if she survives, I will proceed with her attack rolls unless a new plan emerges. And Pud will try to message Horatio this turn, unless he changes plans.)
Pud's stomach turns when he doesn't get a response back from the kitchen. He desperately hopes their efforts have not been in vain. Pud swims under the log and prepares himself for what might be on the other side.

Squirt is dented and battered by the sickle, but not downed yet. (Last turn Pud had reached telepathically out a second time, to Ben, but received no response.)
Pud is getting worried and begins to swim harder, hoping to reunite Titaani and Matilda. Pud will dash while swimming to move as far down stream as possible.

(Second Wind is a Bonus Action, which is a kind of Action. When you drop to 0 hit points you fall Unconscious, which also means you're Incapacitated which means you can't take Actions or Reactions, and therefore Bonus Actions as well. QED. ...Phew! It's like a geometry proof!)
(I've assumed the river gang has been Dashing each turn, plus you've been pushed along a little by the sluggish current. But the stream is bendy and the map is big - 10' squares instead of 5' - and you can only swim at half-movement.)
Matilda remains unconscious, bleeding in the brambles at the edge of the mucky stream next to a dead redcap, while nearby a wounded, furious redcap swears and jumps and slashes unsuccessfully at a panicking (and banged up) Squirt.
Will and Pud continue downstream, as fast as they are able. Will is the first to catch hold of the massive limb Tiny is on. (Tiny may still act.) Pud notices a pair of fresh muddy humanoid footprints on a swampy peninsula marking the far side of the stream.
Titaani, faced with a waking dragon, is up next! (Also - what would Tiny do next?)
Tiny is going to make his way to Matilda, if possible. Titaani is going to continue on without using a luck point, as she lacks the focus needed to recognise she's been spotted.
