(Well, normally Angus would say 'yes', but what do we need to do here for the plan outlined above?)
In the end, Zehira is able to construct a portal disruptor; an unwieldy, 15-pound device with a main body 4 feet long, 6 inches in diameter, and adorned with enchanted amethysts and red glass lenses. It has a grip at the base and another a quarter of the way up its length. A slot in the casing holds one Far Realm battery and three tines at its business end crackle with emerald energy when activated. Zehira says the device should close planar portals to the Far Realm. This can be used to prevent the Thayans in the battery factory from creating new Far Realm batteries, but won’t do anything to stop them using the batteries they already have.
<I think I rushed past this before. Pretty sure I posted it right after you turned back the aspect of Father Llymic. So, that's the thing you need: "The Big Gun". However, I wasn't planning on actually running this. We can do it abbreviated if you really want to. I was planning on sweeping you into the spot where the others are.
Now, if you're interested in tracking down the Anomaly that was taken from the Supreme Forge, that is definitely something we can jump to, but I was planning to reunite the party and push on into the lost city. If they want to abandon that, they can just pop up near the next site that sets you on that path by using the underdark, which they can access from the next room.

<My plan, what I tried to communicate in PM, was just say 'yes' go to the place abd on the way, you just end up inside a glacier, since we've already seen there are portals to abeir and a frozen tunnel in one looms alot like another, rests how you'd end up inside a glacier. Quite by accident. But you get there any way you want.>

The nimble drow deftly evades the assault of two nugbears, but the deadly dance leaves the mage open to an attack from the chief, who brings his Morningstar down on the wizard.
“Pardon my ignorance, but I am unfamiliar with the fate of Ostoria. I traveled a lot and it’s hard to keep up with histories everywhere.” Tetrevess says. “We certainly can be entrusted to help, if it is for the greater good” he adds
After letting the question hang in the air for an uncomfortabke time, Zehira, patron of the Queen of Maelstrom answers definitively, "No one knows what happened to Ostoria." and leaves the matter at that.

Akame's eyes fill with his family's signature red as he glared at the two warriors. He murmured, "Treachery is a fact of life for drow..." and his magic assailed their minds, trying to make them see everyone as an enemy.
(Psionic Sorcery to cast Twinned Spell enemies abound on both warriors. DC 20 INT saves or they both choose targets for their attacks at random, including each other and the drow wizard.
