<I think Tetrevess, Trisk, Oli (again) and Sam (three rounds worth, I think)>
Tetrevess casts thunder step, relocating himself to the north of his manifest mind, and simultaneously dealing 22 points of radiant damage to “his” demon. Dc 22 con save for half.
(finally got a chance to record all the damage Tet took. he had false life up which helped!)

"This seems to be working better." Oli says as he manifests two more Psychic Blades and throws them at the closest demon. He will use homing strike if he misses.

Total: 34 psychic damage
Trisk will cast Animate Objects on 10 silver pieces and have them all attack the demon right next to him.

Ethan doe manage to coOl down after hearing his little brother's desperate voice, as well as the fact that he was able to heal him. But as the monster drags his brother away from him, his monstrous psyche gets the better of his conscious again as he aggressively stomps towards the second monster and goes on a second rampage. "DON'T... YOU DARE... LAY A HAND ON RANDY! GO BACK TO HELL!"
Strike 1: 27 to hit, 7 Bludgeoning

Strike 3 (Reaction): Non Nat 20 again, 10 Bludgeoning
All three attacks deal an extra 5 necrotic damage from hex. (Does using another spell slot make Ethan lose his hex concentration?)

Hex is conc. So, casting another conc. Spell ends it. Upcasting just extends the maximum possible dutation of the spell, but i think it is worded ambiguously. Im still sure of the intent, though, since warlocks have so few spell slots the odds of casting anothrr conc. Spell are relatively low and it can carry over to another combat before a short rest.>
Both if Oli's psychic daggers again fi d their mark and Ethan's attacks hack into tbe demon's flesh.

(And both demons are still alive, though one looks oretty bad. Also, didnt mention it, but the first demon's body dissolves into to murky water as it reappears somewhere in the abyss, as demon's do.)

Trisk will direct the silver coins to fly 30 feet and attack the other demon (unless that is the one that vanished under the water and the one right next to them is the one left).

Sam's first attack hits, rhe other misses The demon bleeds from the cut, but the burning blade doesn't char the flesh near the wound, inst3ad just cauterizing it. (Reistance to the fire, but the weapon deals magical slashing, so no resistance to that)
Demons were numbered at the start. The initiator was 1, it died. 2 is looking bad (might die when I addup the cointoss) after coming around from the south and 3 was hiding in the closet.
Follow up- it's still alive
At the start of the demon's current turn, Randy is in the water adjacent to demon 2, when the demon corrupts the nearby water. Randy must make a DC18 Con save or be poisoned for 1 minutes and take 14 poison damage.
30ft away, Ethan appears to also be in the water, which also means he is affected by the corrupted water. (Ignore if I'm mistaken)
